Removing three giant mulberry trees from my backyard in Astoria, Queens was not easy due to very tight access, but they handled it like pros. It only took them about 3 hours to remove all three trees, and all of my neighbors were impressed with how fast they worked. They were extremely professional and a very nice crew, which made the whole experience even better. Those trees were a nightmare, and thanks to Dank, Inc, I finally have a backyard I can actually enjoy. They also left the backyard very clean, which I really appreciated. The staff, even though busy, are quite competent and friendly. They will prep and pack the tree you choose for transport quickly without much fuss. Just point to your vehicle and the staff will bring it out quickly and you put it in your car or tie to the roof At $10 a foot, the price is reasonable and the location convienent.

Two years ago we got a 6 foot Balsam for $75, I think. This year, our 6 foot Balsam cost $110. Still ok for us since the location is close to our home and the people are so nice, but note the cost if that's a concern.

Bring your own tools like we did with our electric chainsaw or they have hand saws for you to use as well! $15 a ft. and don't be that jerk that tries to cut just the top portion of the tree because you'll be paying for the WHOLE thing. Matt's helpers will tractor haul your tree for you, net it up for you and put it in your car or strap securely to your car roof too! The best is HE ACCEPTS CREDIT CARD!!! From the moment my friend and I arrived here, we were met with smiles and promptly given a run down of how the trees were organized. The gentleman that greeted us asked us what we were looking for, and after we told him we needed a 6 footer, he said "I have just the tree! I just unpacked it and she's perfect." He was right; it was the perfect tree (pics attached) Another man gave us great instructions on how to allow tree to dry (it had been raining that entire morning) and quickly wrapped her up and attached her to our car. We were in and out in 15 minutes; so efficient and so friendly. If you're looking for a tree, get here sooner than later! Great customer service and, most importantly, amazing trees!

I dealt with a gentleman who I believe may be the owner. He was super friendly and welcoming. Today I went to check out some plants since I'm new to this gardening thing and a younger guy helped me. He was super friendly and helpful and also didn't judge my lack of knowledge about plants. I find the prices here to be reasonable. They may not have an huge selection like Hicks but what they do have just seem better quality if that's even a thing when referring to plants (basically the plants didn't look like they have been in a battle zone). I plan on coming back here for all my plant needs and if you're in the area you should too! #shoplocal
