Must say how incredibly AWFUL the drivers are for this business. To my understanding, RD subcontracts drivers but honestly- it should not matter. These drivers represent a business and the business says nothing when their drivers drive like it's their first day, park like the most inconsiderate humans, and treat people like absolute garbage. The trucks take up about 7-8 parking spots each, that they horizontally park against during rush hour- while there are parents with small children going in and out of the swim school behind the building. So happy I took the ride out here for nothing since this seems to be a in store, lazy, made up behind the bullet proof glass rule since nowhere does it mention this online or in my email. Today I had to shop here for a client and I have decided that I won't be returning. You literally couldn't pay me to return here. What a terrible shopping experience. I get that this is where restaurant owners shop in bulk or large families for meats and etc. This place reminded me of a grungy Home Depot for food. Parking lot is janky. Terrible. The jerks sitting at the front desk of the "depot" didn't like to be bothered with questions. They just look at you with their mouths open. I had to ask about 4 staff members to help me find everything. Certain seafood brands were not in stock, the lamb meat I needed was not in stock .... just a sloppy store layout and just... terrible. Worse customers service ever. When u call to speak to the manger. They won't transfer your phone call. And u ask why. They said no means no. If u want to make return. It's seem impossible. Because the assistant manger make the rule. No return means no return. Because he said so. So if I want to buy anything. If it's almost expired. U should returned it a day before. If you've ever been to Costco/Price Club/BJ's, this is the next level of bulk sale warehouse. There are some good deals here, especially in the meat and seafood sections. It's decently clean much of the times and they have samples of food or coffee by the front. you do need membership card or ID and address for a business to get in. If you don't know what you're doing, you could get trampled over in this place-- real businesses have carts stocked up mile - high and they will not stop moving towards where they need to do. The staff members are also quite swift, but they are very courteous and eager to help. read more

I noticed that no one said to shop at RD you must have a membership card which is free but you must provide a valid Business License or have ID for an Organization, Charitable or otherwise. Excellent if you are looking for massive portions of any kind of food especially meats, cheeses, etc. and have a very large family or several people you can divide your purchases between. The pricing is all over the map... some are much cheaper than supermarkets, some exactly the same as wholesale clubs like BJs or if you use coupons at a supermarket, and some much more expensive than anywhere else--so you must know your prices in advance. They extend membership to practically anyone with a business license, but I'm not sure whether they report the taxes they do not charge to the IRS since they operate as a resale market but you can get a membership where you pay the tax upfront. Where do start? First of all 1/2 of the workers walk around with a chip on their shoulder! Try to politely ask where something is located? And they'll tell you over there, pointing somewhere with an attitude! And if you still don't see it... Well! Its ether you waste a lot of time searching... Or be ready to get into an argument!! Especially in the vegetables department and the meat department!! Also many times they're out of things you need, ( it happens to me almost every week) and if it's not there, and they have it in the back!They just tell you we don't have it! Ask do you know when it's coming in? They answer! I don't know. They got a bunch of new shopping carts ( about time) the problem is... you can't never find a new one! They're all occupied inside the store with their own accounts that they either deliver to! Or something, there's always box trucks outside with people yelling and shouting at each other, and whatever new carts are not full inside they have it by their trucks. Don't go with a new vehicle!!
