They were ready in about 1.5 weeks (Im still waiting for the other glasses by my house). He was very careful and precise with the glasses so my baby could be very comfortable. He is awesome!!! Originally, I chose the latter option but was notified after a week that the lens crafter opted not to attempt the job. When I met Dennis and described to him my issue, he immediately took "interest in the challenge". He examined my frames meticulously and detailed out to me the specific work necessary to fit the lenses into my frames. I quickly felt comfortable knowing that I was finally dealing with someone who was personally experienced in crafting lenses. Samantha made the shop very welcoming and I felt in good hands. Dennis straightened out some bends and hand crafted the lenses for perfect fit. My glasses were returned with new lenses and looked balanced as if new. Thank you so much for the specialized work!

I recently visited Visual Expressions Optometry for an eye exam to get a new prescription for my glasses. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. They originally quoted me $120 only for progressive lenses and then they changed the progressive prescription to $250 after having my eye exam. I made several calls to my VSP insurance to verify my coverage. I felt the doctor was pushing the "extended" progressive prescription on me. In the end, the doctor told me to pick up my frame and go somewhere else. The staff was polite at the beginning, but the accuracy of the quote to my prescription was incredibly off. I returned to talk to her hoping the issue would be addressed, but unfortunately, nothing changed, and she was not open to resolve the problem. The entire experience felt inadequate. The doctor was trying to push a wide range progressive prescription to charge me more for an essential service I had the year before. I believe that accuracy to what they tell the customer is crutial. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I would NOT recommend this office for anyone looking for reliable prices on/and eye accurate prescriptions. I'm currently seeking a second opinion elsewhere and hope to find a provider who can provide the kind, honest/correct quote and prescription with better customer service experience moving forward.

I was kept waiting for 45 minutes for pupil dilation and my appointment took at least one hour 15 minutes. I hope they improve the front desk and scheduling.
