Originally, I chose the latter option but was notified after a week that the lens crafter opted not to attempt the job. When I met Dennis and described to him my issue, he immediately took "interest in the challenge". He examined my frames meticulously and detailed out to me the specific work necessary to fit the lenses into my frames. I quickly felt comfortable knowing that I was finally dealing with someone who was personally experienced in crafting lenses. Samantha made the shop very welcoming and I felt in good hands. Dennis straightened out some bends and hand crafted the lenses for perfect fit. My glasses were returned with new lenses and looked balanced as if new. Thank you so much for the specialized work!
