Moose the pharmacist greeted me with a big smile and with my prescriptions promptly ready; he is knowledgeable, caring and pleasant. The service and care provided at Medville pharmacy is rarely found these days and most certainly not at the big box pharmacies who are becoming increasing difficult to work with. Unfortunately I didn't make the switch to Medville until I encountered problems at the big box pharmacy. Moose will also review your supplements to make sure there's no duplicates, you're taking what you need and they're prices are less expensive then elsewhere, delivery is also available. No more dealing with rouge pharmacist's, questioning why your doctor prescribed medications, or saying you don't need the medication. If it hasn't happened yet, give it time, it will. Her one-word responses made it clear she had no interest in helping. It was as if she wanted to withhold information, ensuring we felt stupid for not knowing about hair products. As she walked away, she exchanged eye rolls with her coworker, blissfully unaware that my sister was part of our group. When confronted, she defensively claimed, "This is my face. People have faces." While we were exiting she threw in that she is autistic for good measure to try to somehow defend her horrible actions. CosmoProf, take note: Your employees are actively driving customers away. I purchased prescription glasses from this location in September 2025. The glasses were not correct and had to be returned and remade twice. After the second remake, they still were not right, and I returned them to the Palm Desert office. I never received usable glasses. For months, I tried to resolve this directly with Acuity Eye Group. I made numerous phone calls, left messages, and repeatedly asked for help. I was told that someone would contact me, but the follow-up was extremely poor. At one point, I was told by Claudia at the Palm Desert location that my refund had been approved but had not yet been processed. Because I never received usable glasses and still needed corrective eyewear, I eventually had to take my prescription and purchase glasses elsewhere at my own expense. I disputed the original charge with Bank of America and provided extensive documentation about what happened. Unfortunately, Bank of America ultimately denied my claim because I could not provide a receipt from Acuity showing that I returned the glasses. Acuity Eye Group did not provide me with a return receipt when I returned them, and they will not provide one now. What happened today was especially frustrating. I called Acuity Eye Group again asking for documentation of the return, and I was actually told that I "do not have an account with the Palm Desert location." I find that astonishing considering I purchased my glasses there, dealt with that office regarding two remakes, returned the glasses there, and spent months communicating with them trying to obtain my refund. So I am now in the position of having paid for prescription glasses that I do not have, being unable to obtain the documentation showing that Acuity took the glasses back, and being told that I don't even have an account at the location where all of this occurred. I have made every reasonable effort to resolve this directly and privately. I did not want to resort to leaving a public review, but after months (almost one year) of calls, messages, an unprocessed refund, and now being told there is no account for me at this location, I feel other consumers should know about my experience. I would still welcome Acuity Eye Group correcting this situation by locating my records, providing written documentation that the glasses were returned, and issuing the refund I was previously told had been approved.

After I found my conditioner I started to peruse their massive selection of fragrances, which I honestly did not realize they carried. I asked Laura what her favorite fragrance was and she shared about six different perfumes with me that were all unique and chic - she was super familiar with so many of the choices which I appreciated. I did not super love this store the first time I went there, but I look forward to shopping here again and working with Laura.
