Love Costco! I love going down each aisle and seeing what's new even though I was just there, the employees have even mentioned they recognize me from the day before. A bit embarrassing but I'll own it. I've gotten so many people to join Costco because I talk about it so much. I love everything there. You can buy groceries, household items and even clothing. I like the regular items I go back for every week but also love that they continually change it up. I always take advantage of the sales. I only get gas at Costco, it feels safer than a regular gas station. Usually not too bad of a wait when I go. Great customer service. Great return policy. Wish there were more costcos around! Let me be clear: I spent zero dollars on this cake. A coworker brought it in, I was hungry, and my blood sugar was issuing ultimatums. So I did what any reasonable adult would do when faced with a huge mascarpone-laden cake sitting in the break room -- I grabbed a slice. Maybe two. I'm not here to answer questions. Now I would say that the Kirkland Signature tiramisu round cake is technically a "scoop pudding cake." This is a polite way of saying Costco fully expects you to abandon all dignity and eat this thing directly from the container with a serving spoon at 2am on a Tuesday. Is this an authentic Italian tiramisu? No. This is the 48-roll, bulk paper towel interpretation of tiramisu. It's not going to be the best you've had by a long shot. And yet... there are rumors of people eating it in the Costco parking lot to destroy the evidence before going home. I choose to believe these heroes walk among us. Some reviewers complain about the lack of rum or whiskey. To them I say: be the change you wish to see. Drizzle some on your plate, let it soak in, and suddenly you're much better equipped to deal with Bill Lumbergh and his TPS reports. You're welcome. Overall, this cake is a little light on flavor and about as authentic as a gondola ride in a shopping mall. But as a mid-workday snacky snack, it gets the job done. It's light, it's easy, and--crucially--it doesn't make you feel like you need to lie down under your desk immediately afterward. Bottom line: We don't need no education. We DO need more tiramisu. Had two of four tires purchased from them develop cracking along the bead. They refused to honor the road hazard warranty and gave false information to me as to why they would not honor the warranty Contacted Michelin and they said to take the he tires to any authorized tire dealer to get another diagnosis. The other tire shop said it was clearly a defect in the tire and offered to honor the Michelin warranty. While this did more than what Costco offered it did not cover what should have been covered with the Costco road hazard warranty. Will never buy from them again. This Costco is well organized. Yes it is crowded at times because it is well utilized. When I was laid up medically, I could order my cart full per phone and they saved the cart for my husband to arrive, pay for the items and bring them home. They have always been friendly to me and I have shopped there ever since they began to exit. Prices are competitive if not better than other stores. Their return policy is exceptional. My initial impression of the store was not high, as the parking lot feels incredibly cramped, with many awkward angles to negotiate. The store itself was pretty normal Costco fare, with bathroom located down a corridor at the front and other departments spaced out around the store. As with other Minnesota locations, the alcohol is sold from a separate space within the same building. Lady at the self checkout was not the typical Costco friendly employee. She was rude. We're visiting from Houston Texas, and the Costco's there are exceptional. We're in town for Fourth of July weekend of course lines are ridiculously long as to be expected. Costco has some great deals on clothes, furniture to food. I get a huge bag of chicken for a lot cheaper vs. getting a couple of chicken breasts at another grocery store. The quality is amazing too. You can also save a lot right now on gas compared to other places. We got lunch there a few weeks ago, and it was all under $10! I can't wait to try a sundae next time. Continually amazing deals and pricing on bulk items, furniture, tools pet supplies snd home items. Delicious ready prepared meals like Ravioli Lasagna, Taco meal plates, pastry and the best $5 roasted chickens. Let's not forget appliances and electronics. My only gripe is the parking lot which has no row numbers or letters. The lot is like a pie divided into multiple angle slots and easy to lose the car if you don't get your bearings after you park. Very disappointed in Costco and their Covid response. I saw 60 carts come in and they have one man that wipes the handles only on about 5 carts and calls it good. It was my first trip inside Costco in 6 months and I had to spray and wipe down my own cart with spray sanitizer that I brought with me. Trader Joes wipes every cart and all cart surfaces. We shop there regularly. Most recently found the Quinn 72 inch bookcase at a steal for $179 vs retail $535-$715. It came assembled. Larry at Costco went out of his way to get a cart, help me load it, explained I could buy today and pick up tomorrow Cashier and supervisor staff went out of their way to label my box, copy my receipt to it and show me how to get it next day. The crew the following day loaded it into my SUV. The only part not so great was a staff female who pointed to my parcel$123# and said a couple times you can just roll it yourself to the doors and show them the receipt. I stopped as I am older and said " but it weighs so much and I will need to turn it around as I cannot pull it. She said you will likely hit someone. It was very tall She oh ok I will take it for you. It was that kind of tone you knew you were not in her favor. Not a Can- do person. The pre-made items they have are always good. The employees are always respectful (except the one cashier with the blonde short bob cut hair.. she's extremely rude). Good selection, often is will stocked. However, the employees are so rude. I don't know if costcos forcing their employees to be so adamant on every rule, if you take a extra second to not have your card out at any point of shopping they get so rude with you. The bakery, food court employees, and the ones that are stocking are usually the nicest employees you can find here. self checkout also is just so unorganized and you can't get an employee to help because they're too busy carding every single person. I have grown up with Costco all my childhood. I loved their service then. And I love it now. I go to Costco about every month to two month to get bulk items. I love their unique foods that I wouldn't be able to find elsewhere. Their bulk toilet paper that lasts me almost a year. And their amazing variety of cultural food. It's always a hit or miss finding a good parking spot. But that is what you get for such an amazing company. The employees are fast. Polite, efficient and help you on the spot! If I had to add two suggestions. One would be make a parking ramp with cart escalators. And I know this is silly. DO NOT GET TIRES FROM THIS LOCATION! Techs couldn't loosen the lug nuts on my Mercedes GL450. I sprayed them with WD40 and loosened them by hand. When I told them I loosened them they refused to work on my Mercedes without me bringing it in to a mechanic shop for an inspection at my personal expense. I am guessing they didn't like that a 55 year old woman had to loosen the lug nuts for them! They were also kind enough to offer taking off the install on my purchase which would void my 80,000 mile warranty on the Bridgestone tires that I was paying over $1100 for. I basically spent two days dealing with their three ring circus only to have the store manager say she was sorry. I WON'T BE GOING BACK THERE TO GET TIRES!! I ended up going to Discount Tire down the road in Burnsville and they gave m better price and had no problem installing tires on my Mercedes. read more

SQWEEGEE..MN..WINTER? I was looking all over for a squeegee yesterday. Being handicapped it was frustrating. If in MN, it's good customer service to provide cleaning supplies while I'm waiting for the tank to fill. I like to see and be seen. Other states may not want or need this. Yes, I have windshield wipers but my HEADLIGHTS, BRAKE LIGHTS, SIDE WINDOWS, and MIRRORS need a regular wiping due to "six-months" of winter. I will re-consider whether I purchase fuel at Costco next time my car is dirty. I really in enjoy Costco and they do have great gas prices without having to carry an extra card in my pocket. But, other service stations offer discounts too. I don't think I've ever given a 1 * before. But, I think this is atrocious and the grades from all that Costco stands for. read more

Man, now i know why I don't live in the 'burbs. This Costco is PACKED. Granted, it was a Saturday, but compared to the usual Maplewood Costco, this place is a zoo. The parking lot is super small and unorganized (like the St. Louis Park one vs. the much larger Maplewood location). Worse, the cashier (female Sarina) was rude and obnoxious. It was egregious enough that I complained to the customer service agent at the exit. I normally have excellent customer service at Costco, and this was a terrible experience. This place is a magnet. Literally it will keep on bringing you in and make you buy things that you might not need. I have to give kudos to Costco for the awesome product selection. Their Seafood and meat collection is great. I don't think you can get better price on anywhere else on Seafood. Buying in bulk also saves time for me. Besides the food and groceries, they have great services on Cars, Car loan, home loan, Mortgages and gas. Matter of fact I started my membership when I was thinking about buying a house, and they have great rate and pays the closing cost. Booyah... it is a winner. This review is for the shopping experience and food court food you get at Costco. Me and my homies usually raid this place over the weekends. After stuffing ourselves with samples, we end up spending hundreds of dollars for reasons we don't understand. The people that prepare the samples are never judgmental of our monstrous eating tendencies, though I wouldn't say they are too happy with their jobs. Prices are always great and their rotisserie chicken is still 5 bucks even after 20 years. As we get to the check our line, there's never a long wait. The food court is awesome, hotdogs and brats are kept at 1.50 and the chili is a staple of this place. Otherwise, there's not much to say except remember to keep your receipt as you will need it at check out. read more

This place has really quality service. The employees are friendly and fast, which helps you get through check out lines quickly. Any concerns I ever have had are responded to promptly and with professionalism. I personally like to avoid weekend afternoons due to the fact they do a lot of samples during that time and people tend to crowd around those stands like vultures. It can get pretty tight to get your large cart through the masses. (My favorite sample story is seeing a line form to get a sample of chicken broth. Who straight up wants a shot of chicken broth?) This one is so civilized and the crowds aren't scary like in most I've encountered. I ended up having a conversation with a guy selling hot tubs and there were 4 on display. I love the layout because you can hit the bathroom before you shop and it's to the left as you walk in and not hell and gone with everyone in the way. I needed ham, cheese, and toilet paper, everything else cause it was there. Especially the books and BBC CDs. For once I wasn't frazzled leaving the place. read more

Just got gas at the CostCo Station. As a Member they have the best prices on two grades of fuel, regular and Premium. They have multiple lanes to fuel up, with long hoses on the pump, so you can reach either side of-the car! They have NO Diesel! The also have nothing to clean the windshield with. You have to pay with a credit card only ! It's easy in and out! You have to have you membership card and a credit card, or just a CostCo Credit Card, then they can prove your membership from that ! read more

This location is not very efficiently run. I waited in line over 25 minutes because I forgot my card. They should have an express line for this as all of the transactions happening in front of me each seemed to take over 10 minutes each. And then of course one of the staff working took a break while people were still in line.
