I purchased tires from MN Maple Grove Costco for my SUV a few years ago and I don't drive much. The second tire rotation I had done in 12/2025; As soon as I got my car back I noticed a vibration through my brake pedal every time I applied my brakes which wasn't there before the Costco service was done. Tried bringing it back in to inquire, but due to Xmas the warehouse was a madhouse so I gave up after scheduling appointment and waiting in line an unreasonable amount of time. So many people because Costco rocks, but no so for me with this tire rotation. I put up with this very concerning vibration in my braking until my next visit to my dealer for oil change and inspection. The inspection found the problem. The problem? 2 warped rotors. I find it hard to understand even 1 warped rotor by someone who should know their job before they ever touch your car, but 2 warped rotors?! That's amateur night. Even if I had waited the probably hour in line back in 12/2025 right after they did this damage to my car, they probably would have denied it anyway. I'm now out over 500$ to have these 2 rotors turned (something Costco doesn't do.) One of them actually tried to tell me that you can warp your rotors by driving through a puddle and that was before I even discovered that my rotors had been warped by these grease monkeys. It's like somebody was trying to cover their tracks before they were even discovered. That just left me totally disgusted. Like I said I love Costco, but I'm not going to give any positive feed back on something like this. If I could rate them a zero I would. A big fat zero. Sorry Costco you totally screwed up here. I thought I was saving money with WOW no cost tire balance and rotation, but now I have a $500 bill to pay for rotor repair. I didn't save a dime with Costco with this fubar.

Insane actually. 2) the membership line was a 30min+ wait w/ 3 lanes open. 3) Customers were rude here, I mean walking in trying to skip the line because their issue was more important. No one said excuse me, but plowing their way to grab stuff. 4) Checkout lines long af! Generally didn't get good vibes at the this location... at all.

This location is easy to find and has plenty of parking, so getting in and out was a snap. A very helpful employee found me wandering around in the tech department and asked if he could help me find anything. He knew exactly what I was looking for and took me there right away (thanks, Kyle!). Bonus, it was on sale. Easy as pie and I got my portable monitor. This is going to improve my life at work greatly, so thank you, Costco!

The restrooms were clean and well maintained like a modern navel cruiser. I emerged refreshed and honed in on a grocery endcap with bananas by the pound. Thank you! I needed some potassium as I continue. We are heading west, Fargo to Bismarck and beyond and this Kwik Stop was the highlight of my glimpse at St Michael, Minnesota. They were even able to fix things that other shops were not able to fix. They don't have a dropbox. However, the gas station is connected to it so if you need to drop your car off during after hours you can. You can leave it with the gas station. The shop will call you the next business day. Their prices have been good and they've done a great job with all of the repairs that they've done for me. I definitely plan to keep using them for my Service needs in the future.
