Wow, these tacos were amazing! Great find in Los Banos and definitely recommend making a taco stop here if you're visiting or passing through Los Banos. All the meats were delicious, especially the chorizo and carne asada. Great price and generous portions, too! The salsa was tasty, too. We may have ordered too many tacos but it was so good we devoured it all. It's an interesting place - it's like a little hut/house on the corner of the street and you order through the little window. Btw there's only patio seating but it's all covered, so you'll be shaded from the sun or rain. I'm still dreaming of these delicious tacos! Btw there's way more than tacos...they have quesadilla, burrito, enchiladas, tostadas, and lots more on the menu!

Nice Mexican Fast food place! Large proportions compared to the price!! Veggie/Cheese Enchilada - 5* Veggie Taco - 4* Guacamole, Chips and Salsa - 3*

This meal will forever live in my memory as some of the best tacos I've ever eaten. They were served steaming hot straight from the grill, the tortillas and the carnitas were perfect. I kept smelling my hands well after the meal to smell the tacos again and relive just a bit of that meal. 10/10 would do whatever I can to swing by here again for another meal.

Service is friendly and quick. The food is delicious (although I forgot to take pictures of it). My crunchy tacos were well seasoned and stuffed with meat and toppings. I always pick up more chili because it's spicy and flavorful.

Here in Los Banos, most and for sure the best Mexican food comes from stands. I have yet to try them all but this one hits the spot and is definitely better than the Mexican food in Florida. Food: I ordered the shrimp a la diabla burrito, al pastor quesadilla, and a chile relleno. The shrimp a la diabla burrito was DENSE, even though it looked to be on the medium side. The shrimp were seasoned and cooked perfectly, making this burrito spicy and very savory, would def order again. The tortilla is on the doughy side which I love. The al pastor quesadilla is massive and made with the same tortilla. The al pastor meat again was flavorful and savory. They're red hot sauce is a great addition but be careful if you don't like it too spicy. Lastly, the chile relleno. The chile had that chile taste and gooey cheesey texture I enjoy, but the breading was a bit much, and it was drowned in sauce. Maybe that's how they eat them around here? Service: As mentioned before this is a stand, you order and receive your order through a window in the stand. My order took around 7 mins with 2 orders ahead of me. Location: This stand is a bit more comfortable than others as there are covered tables for outdoor seating. There's also plenty of parking. For a taco stand, what more can you ask for?

During Covid Absolutely tasty. Ordered 4 tacos and did not disappoint. The tortillas were hot and not greasy. Al Pastor tacos were tasty. Carnita was tender. Will return for sure. (Strictly take out.)

She made some recommendations at our request and everything was fresh, flavorful, and made even better by the homemade salsa rojo and obviously scratch made guacamole. I am going to be thinking about the corn empanadas for a long time. One of the better dishes I've eaten in a while! My husband loved his taco Calle con chorizo, taco de manos con carne asada, and his taco birre. He also got the corn side dish that was fantastic. Our daughter was contended with her bean and cheese burrito- definitely welcoming to kids. Everyone else's dishes looked tasty and fresh. We will be back! Thank you, La Gloria! A new favorite for sure!

One thing I loved was the "Feed Me Tacos & Tequila" sign on the wall--it makes for a fun photo opportunity and fits the vibe of the restaurant perfectly. However, the tree branches partially block the sign, making it difficult to get a good picture. It would be great if they either lowered the sign or trimmed the branches so guests could fully enjoy it as a photo spot. Unfortunately, the cocktail was a major disappointment. It looked gorgeous, but it tasted like there was little to no alcohol in it. I'm a lightweight and typically feel the effects of a single drink, but I finished the entire cocktail and didn't feel anything. It was supposed to be made with mezcal tequila but I requested a substitution, so I'm not sure if that change was overlooked. The birria tacos were just okay. They were a bit dry and could have used more cheese for better flavor and texture. The salsa was also very thin and watery, which was underwhelming and didn't add much to the meal. Overall, the ambiance and service were the highlights of the experience, but the food and drinks fell short of expectations

I love this restaurant, This is Southwest cuisine done to perfection. Think Chevy's , but with an extensive menu and food that is actually really good. There was nothing I would change about my visit tonight- it was memorable and fulfilling. For starters , we ordered the Margherita pizza. Not quite Southwest , but it works - trust me! The pizza is wood-fired! The cheese , tomatoes and basil are fresh. Oh , and the tomato sauce they use is just right. Seriously, the pizza here rivals some pizza that I have tried at Italian restaurants. I can't wait to try more pizza creations. For my entree, I opted for the chile verde enchiladas covered in a smooth tomatillo sauce. This enchilada sauce was so tangy and the pico de gallo and guacamole topped them off perfectly. The entree comes with Spanish rice and charro beans. My wife opted for the ribeye steak fajitas , and they were fantastic. The steak was marinated well and it was tender. The only thing that could have made this dish better would be homemade tortillas . Espana's serves up high quality food. Everything that I have tried so far has been phenomenal. The service that we receive is always prompt and friendly , and the food comes out fast -but not too fast. Tonight's meal was a five star experience. Please look at the colorful menu items below and make it a point to stop in and try for yourself.

I have a fond core memory as a child stopping on the way home at Espanas for dinner. I remember a big spacious restaurant that had that special ambiance of character that I didn't know existed in the small town. I remember the staff being friendly and the food being quick and consistent of expectations with what I ordered. Fast forward to yesterday, our annual trip to the game, this time with my own boys (3&5). It was getting late on the drive home so we needed to stop for dinner. I told my pops about my memory of Espana's and I wanted to stop to see if it was what I remembered. My expectations were met with exactly the nostalgic memories I had of the place. The ambiance, the staff, and food were all exactly as I remember as a child. It's really nice to have this kind of experience at this day and age where everything is corporately owned, cookie cutter, and rushed! See you again next year!
