And to be clear, that doesn't bother me, there's nothing wrong with reusing previous days meat. But they didn't do a great job of reheating the meat. I had chunks of meat on my tacos that were still cold. This is a personal preference but I think the meat should be cooked on the flat top a bit longer on higher heat to get some sear on the meat. I had 1 great al pastor taco that had a nice sear. The rest of the tacos were very moist and soggy (even without the sauce). The burrito that I had was okay. The cheese was still cold, probably because meat wasn't hot enough to melt the cheese. Recommendations: 1) Improve seasoning on meat, it was very 1 tone. If you premarinate the meat try other spices/combo 2) Heat the meat up thoroughly and allow it to sear slightly. color is flavor. Pale soupy meat doesn't leave a positive taste 3) Maybe consider grilling the burrito on each side, or atleast the side the cheese is on. It's weird to taste warm meat and cold cold cheese in a burrito. Definitely like to support local businesses. Will retry this out in a week or so and reupdate this when possible.
