I purchased a pair of shoes that unfortunately did not fit. Before buying this pair, I had purchased a smaller size when it was not marked as Final Sale. I returned that pair and purchased a half size larger, expecting it to fit better. However, the larger size was not only longer but also much wider, making the shoes look oversized and uncomfortable on my feet. I explained the situation to the store manager, Annabelle, hoping she would make an exception given the circumstances. I wasn't trying to break the Final Sale policy--I genuinely expected the larger size to fit because I had already exchanged from the smaller size. Unfortunately, she completely ignored my explanation, showed no empathy, and made no effort to help. She didn't even smile or try to have a respectful conversation. I was left feeling like she simply wanted me to leave the store. I shop at this Anthropologie location and online almost every week, and this experience was completely different from what I've always received in the past. The previous managers and associates were always friendly, professional, and provided outstanding customer service. This was the first time I've ever felt so disappointed. Policies are important, but great managers also know when to listen to loyal customers and handle situations with kindness and professionalism. Sadly, that was not my experience today. If you're purchasing Final Sale items, especially shoes, be very careful. Even if you are simply exchanging for what you believe will be the correct size, you may not receive any flexibility if the fit is completely different.

She made the experience very warm and friendly. Onto the store itself, I honestly adore a good sense of style, and ND definitely has it. There were so many pieces that I fell in love with, some that didn't fit me sadly, but I walked away with the most adorable Nasty Gal shrug, a gorgeous rainbow Mumu dress, a cute cloche hat, and a beautiful necklace, all for under $200. Usually, I shop the sale rack first, but ND's clearance sale is at the end of every month and sadly the timing didn't work out for my work trip. My wife went there to return/exchange some pants that were the wrong size and ended up working specifically with Miranda there in the store to get that accomplished. My wife said Miranda was great pleasant to work with and very helpful with the entire return and exchange process. She also helped my wife find the right pants that fit properly. In fact, she said that the entire staff was helpful there and was very attentive to her needs the entire time she was in the store. In this day of lackluster mall patronage, it was nice to see this store step it up and take care of its customers! Five stars to Maurices (and Miranda) for great customer service! The manager should be commended for this and recognize his best employees who really make a difference. Thank you!

He recognized that my wife was delighted by the shopping and that I was merely tolerating it! He adeptly managed both of us, leaving us with the sense that we were the most important people in the world! Fast forward to 14 Mar 2026... we were back in town for the same reason and decided to call Cody. He acted like we had just spoken to him yesterday! UWM Barber Shop located inside UWM Men's Clothing Store:…read more I visited UWM Barber Shop today for the first time since moving here to Salt Lake City, UT for a beard trim and line up. I was in the market for a barber who is a perfectionist, passionate, and performs like he/she is painting a masterpiece. I couldn't be any more picky on barbers as I am very cautious on who works on my beard. After an extensive search with multiple barbers and Barber shops; I came across UWM and saw Jordans picture and his profile. I also searched up his reviews and took notice that there were a lot of outstanding reviews from everyone who was happy with his charismatic personality, good nature, warm hearted, and highly valued detailed perfection in his craft. Jordan did a super amazing job on my beard. I highly recommend Jordan for anyone who wants the job done right and having an outstanding experience which is equally important to me as the trim. It was a synthetic coat rated for intense cold that weighed nothing and scrunched into an extremely small space... exactly what I needed in terms of bulk and weight. It worked perfectly for the first few days until I came too close to dung-burning stove and the material burned while the bottom quarter of the zipper melted. Despite this, I was able to continuing using the coat for my remaining days because I could pull it on like a sweatshirt over my head. During most days on the trail, I had to take it off because I became too hot. This had not been my experience with other brands' coats in similarly cold weather. Nights in the Himalaya were another matter, but the coat was surprisingly comfortable (well, I wasn't literally freezing) when combined with a thick fleece layer. That wasn't what made Cotopaxi so good. What impressed me most was upon my return to the States when I contacted the company about the burn and melted zipper. They replaced the coat even though I'd worn it for a month post-melt; and, more importantly, they had me return the used coat for follow-up testing. I was so pleased that they cared enough about customers that they were committed to stand behind their products--they wanted to ensure we have quality, working products every time we enter the wilderness. I was even more pleased that they cared enough about customers that their research team re-tested the used coat to ensure nothing like this ever happened with any of their products again. Kudos, Cotopaxi and your sales team, for awesome customer service. You have a customer and fan for life!
