In doing a survey of friends and neighbors, no one could think of a place to recommend. So, I jumped of good ole faithful, Yelp, my go to site for this new resident. I found Jaguar and decided to call. The clerk was very friendly and assured me that they could handle my items. I explained that the comforter is very heavy and wet would be very awkward to handle. She was very reassuring about their service so I took my items that afternoon. She was very helpful, explained when we could expect the items to be done then took my cell number for notification. I took them on Tuesday afternoon just prior to closing. She said I might expect them by Thursday but most likely Friday. On Thursday I received the text that I could pickup my cleaning, however, I couldn't make it until Friday. I have to say I was so surprised how wonderful they turned out! I definitely recommend this company and can't wait to let them clean my angora sweater set my husband gifted me!

They offer a machine that gives you their coins to pay for the machine but they are $1 each, they have the washing machines at $8.50 or $6.50 and they wanted me to just leave it as it was. I fought for my $.50. They do it 24/7 so you can imagine how much extra money they are stealing really each day from customers! I do appreciate them letting me be charged with their CC machine because their machine to get coins was down but they should provide customer with $.25 cents worth coins not $1 to not steal from customers. I don't know... I may not understand business The place was clean and people were using machines. They also offer wash and fold and laundry by the pound.

A12 did a great job, finally, after having to run it through a 2nd time. I did notice the issue with load options that had a $.50 selection offered. These machines only take $1 coins. That was a bit frustrating as the one I needed included the .50. So I opted for the one without the additional .50. That could definitely use some help. The buttons on the machines themselves were cracked and/or missing. The place was hotter than a comfortable level. I think we got lucky with the fact that nobody but a homeless couple was there. I personally wouldn't go back, just based on the surrounding area and overall cleanliness. At least my clothes are washed!

My washer I bought brand new 3 years ago is on the fritz again, so I guess I will be here until my washing machine repair dude returns my call. Coming here is not so bad, the wash cycles are short, only 25 minutes. Large capacity washers are only $5.75 versus another laundromat I visited THAT CHARGED $8 FRACKING DOLLARS! So yeah, this place is much cheaper. I did not use the dryers, I just took my clothes home to dry. You can buy soap here, plenty of places to sit, you don't have to wait for a washer or dryer to open up. There are three TV's to watch, a restroom. 24/7 video surveillance, located in a shopping center with plenty of parking and a Whataburger in case you need a snack. This laundromat is super safe, I am a woman alone washing clothes. No strange people hanging around, which is awesome.Southern People are super sweet and will talk to anyone, which I usually do not mind, I was just not talkative that day because I had too many errands to run & wanted to get home. But yeah, this is an awesome laundromat, so come and wash some clothes.

An old Sanyo crt TV from like 2004 hanging on the wall. There's a ton of homeless people circling the parking lot asking everyone for money repeatedly. One of them while I was in the laundromat pulled up his shirt and showed me a stab wound he had. Told me that he was robbed and it happened in that parking lot. I left without drying my clothes - and this was in broad daylight too. Imagine how it is at night. This area doesn't not look safe. Go to GreenCleen Laundry instead.
