They appraised a house for way more than it should have and caught none of the faults that would make it not pass FHA then in a letter from the lawyer they say, well you bought the house as is. Well let me tell you something, that has nothing to do with an appraisal so I assume they know the agent and was doing him a solid to pass it. I asked her if she was there to appraise my vehicles or my properties ? She spent seven minutes going through my house & taking notes. She started asking me if I had paved street,street lights, paved side walk,etc. I asked her how much the appraisals are. She responded I'm not going to tell you. I said well I knew someone that needed an appraisal and I thought I would refer you & she responded I don't need your business. When she asked me about the streets being paved and the side walks and street lights, I asked her don't they have all that information at the town hall ? She responded by screaming at me, this is over right now and started screaming at me more I already hung up on you once she said and that I was abusive. When she wrote her report she backtracked on the abusive word. She said I pushed every button she didn't know she had and she met her Waterloo and her Waterloo was me. My cleaning company was there to do a Saturday turn over for the next rental coming in and witnessed the whole thing and the cleaner said something is clearly wrong with that lady.
