I asked her if she was there to appraise my vehicles or my properties ? She spent seven minutes going through my house & taking notes. She started asking me if I had paved street,street lights, paved side walk,etc. I asked her how much the appraisals are. She responded I'm not going to tell you. I said well I knew someone that needed an appraisal and I thought I would refer you & she responded I don't need your business. When she asked me about the streets being paved and the side walks and street lights, I asked her don't they have all that information at the town hall ? She responded by screaming at me, this is over right now and started screaming at me more I already hung up on you once she said and that I was abusive. When she wrote her report she backtracked on the abusive word. She said I pushed every button she didn't know she had and she met her Waterloo and her Waterloo was me. My cleaning company was there to do a Saturday turn over for the next rental coming in and witnessed the whole thing and the cleaner said something is clearly wrong with that lady.

My experience with this appraiser was extremely disappointing…read more The appraisal contained significant errors, including inaccurate measurements and the omission of an entire kitchen from the property's square footage and features. In addition, several comparable sales used in the report appeared inappropriate for the property type and location. Despite these concerns being brought to his attention, he refused to acknowledge or correct the mistakes. The final appraised value came in below the town's assessed value, which raised serious questions about the accuracy of the report. As a result of this appraisal, a pending real estate transaction was jeopardized. I intend to file a formal complaint with the appropriate Maine appraisal regulatory authorities. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this appraiser and would strongly encourage others to conduct thorough due diligence before hiring him.
