Very busy cafe as they were doing a $1 sign up promo. It was a 20 mins wait for a drink. Mobile order is available and it notifies you when drink is ready. There's 3-4 tables available to sit in. Washrooms are available in the mall and not the cafe. I got the coconut water with chestnut bubbles. Simple but good

Newly opened in Hillcrest Mall. They serve up Coffee, and cold drinks. They are going through their soft opening phase and have many promotions. Their staff is very efficient and working out the kinks There is no seating in shop but a few tables outside to enjoy your drink and enjoying their baked goods while people watching. Definitely a nice place to check out and enjoy their goods

Super long menu and kinda slow service. I got a $1.50 americano, which was ok. The coco cotti, on the other hand, was quite tasty. The store was clean though.. Note: It was an automatic coffee machine so not a professional espresso machine.

New coffee place at Hillcrest Mall. This is a chain from China and drink options are your standard hot and iced drinks that run from regular coffee to lattes to fruit teas. They also have a small selection of baked goods to go with your coffee. You can order at the counter or at the wall kiosk or online via their app. There is a selection of coffee drinks where they mix it with fruit juice ie grape, orange or grapefruit. The juice is added to the bottom of the cup and coffee is added on top. You can choose your sugar level but not the ice level. What was ordered: Iced Orange Americano - orange juice with coffee. Visually it was a good looking drink with the orange on the bottom and the coffee on top. The flavour of the orange juice was subtle. Iced Grapefruit Americano - same idea as the orange but with grapefruit juice. Again, subtle grapefruit juice flavour. Drink was actually quite refreshing. So a couple of things to note. This is not your traditional coffee place. Coffee is not brewed, it comes from a machine with a press of a button thus if you are a coffee connoisseur you may not think the quality of the coffee is that good. Service is slow! We ordered via the app and it still took almost 10 minutes for our drink to be ready. It was busy though. They have an opening special for first time customers that download the app and order via their app. Customers are given 5 coupons. 99 cents for any drink and then 4 30% off coupons. Would we come again? Yes...if we weren't in a hurry and most importantly...we have coupons!

Newly opened @ Hillcrest, Cotti offers up some fresh pastries and a great selection of drinks. While in London, it was a challenge to find drip coffee (Starbucks was reliable). Ironically, I got an Americano which was quite good. I wish the location all the success in their business! -zuk

I was walking around the mall today when I saw this new coffee shop. Since they had a pretty good promotion (1 dollar for the first drink for new customers), I decided to give it a try. After some research, Cotti Coffee is a chic coffee/milk tea shop from China that aims to deliver good quality drinks at a reasonable price. Every premium drink on the menu is at 5.49 dollars, which is not bad at all! I created an account, placed my order, and received my drink quickly. That was great, though I noticed that most espresso-crafted drinks are made entirely by a small computer machine, similar to Timmies. I got the iced "cloud mousse opera latte" (I know, a mouthful). Hmm, while it looks good, I don't know how to feel about it. It is mostly just milk with a layer of prepared coffee crema on top. I do like that it is not sweet, though, so I can enjoy my iced milk and its natural sweetness (which I can just make it myself at home...) Do I recommend it? I don't know, but I'm willing to come back to try different drinks again. The vibe was fine - it's a small shop in the mall without any seating.

I was drawn to their opening special where you pay $1 for any drink when signing up to their loyalty program via phone number. I selected the coco pearl which comes with a coconut water base and mochi tapioca pearls. Overall the taste was good, next time I will select 0 added extra sugar. My only complaint is that the paper straw did not hold up and after some time I wasn't able to pick up the tapioca - maybe another cup with a wide mouth opening would be more enjoyable? Not sure.

Last Saturday, I was in my car, parked steps away from Zoup! I had placed a dinner order. I looked across the plaza and noticed Paris Baguette (PB). I had visited COBS Bread a couple of hours earlier. Did I need another bakery visit? Yes! I had some time to kill before picking up my dinner. It was raining. I drove over to PB and parked relatively close to the store. I walked in. I felt like I was in heaven. Carb heaven. Where should I start? I got a tray. There were instructions to grab a small piece of paper and lay it on the tray. I got tongs and went to work. I saw palmiers. My mom loves them. I grabbed one with my tongs and broke off a curved section. It was probably a first for me. I ate the broken part and placed the imperfect palmier on my tray. The broken piece was yummy and was perfection. I finally understood why my mom loves palmiers. I hit the croissant section. I got a pain au chocolat, which is probably my favourite type of croissant. I also got a chocolate croissant. A nice, older woman started chatting with me. She was so sweet. She let me know that she frequents this bakery often and loves it. I asked her what items she hasn't had. It was two items, which floored me. She noticed the chausson aux pommes that I had on my tray and said that it was yummy. I got the following items: - Chausson aux pommes - Chocolate croissant - Pineapple brûlée pastry - Palmier - Pastel de nata - Pain au chocolat - Curry croquette The nice woman let me know that Mia, who was the staffer behind the counter, let her know that this bakery has Korean owners. Really? It made sense seeing mochi donuts. We both hit the checkout counter. Mia got her order and said to grab a seat. She'd bring everything to her. This nice woman said that she was shy of being 90 years old. What?! She looked great! I wouldn't have guessed that I was talking to an 89-year-old woman during my entire time here. I hope that when I am her age, I am savouring pastry as often as my new friend. Mia was great. She put all my pastries in a box. She singled out my savoury curry croquette in a paper bag. I paid with a credit card. I tapped and was good. I got my receipt, thanked her, grabbed my goodies, wished my new friend a wonderful day, and left. There was a Wild game that night. I had a pastry each period. Three pastries in three hours. They were delicious! I will say that the ones with fresh fruit were the most expensive, just over $6. They were worth it. The chausson aux pommes had the best apple filling. It was flaky and delicious. I absolutely devoured the pineapple brûlée pastry. The pineapple chunks were set in custard and were so naturally sweet. This pastry was superb. The pain au chocolat continues to be my favourite croissant. It was flaky and had the best chocolate in every bite. So good! I had the chocolate croissant and loved it. It was fresh, flaky, and soft. The chocolate drizzle had the right amount of chocolate with the buttery croissant. I was extremely happy with my pastel de nata. The custard had a hint of sweetness. The base of flaky. It could have been torched on top more, but I'd get half a dozen next time. I didn't know what to expect with the curry croquette. It was delicious. It had a crispy exterior, crusted with a mix of white and black sesame seeds. The curry filling was full of good flavour. It had veggies in it. The corn and carrot combination worked nicely. I raved about this place to my friend at work today. There's one at Heartland in Mississauga, which is perfect for us to do a run after work. I had an excellent experience. It was nice meeting a passionate pastry lover while getting her take on what she loves. Everything that I consumed was excellent. I hope to get a drink next time and perhaps sit down to enjoy it. I'll be back. (117)

The food is not bad, but to me, just not good enough for the price tag. The place is spacious and…read morethe decor is nice. I would go once in a while to spend time, but not a place where I would just go grab food.
