I signed up for kohls rewards and it's so worth it! Everything is great price wise and their deals at amazing. They have great graphic tees and everything. My kiddos love their shopping carts too because it's like a stroller. Associates are always nice (pushy about their credit card tho lol). The parking lot stays packed now because so many people are always shopping in Sephora but other than parking far away I don't have any complaints. The Amazon return goes pretty fast as well.

There aren't things all over the floor and a mess. I absolutely love that you can return things from Amazon here. There's always someone at that kiosk. Checking out is very organized and they usually have several people at the registers. I have been there and when the line gets long they do call other staff members which I appreciate.

We went back the next day and while the tags were easy to remove, the manager had to go in the back to "review" the security tape for the missing items. There's also a table that has a 50% off sign, but the items on the table don't ring half off. The manager said it must not be on sale then. They did not want to honor the sale until i informed them that it was illegal to post a sale sign and not honor the price. I wasn't trying to be a Karen, but good lord these cashiers are rude af!

I will travel from Chesapeake to visit this store and that's an easy 30 minute travel (with no traffic). Yes, this is your typical Ross store, but the selection here is kinda second to none. The employees/cashiers get you in and get you out. On any given day the checkout line can be wrapped around the ropes, but the wait time is usually less than five minutes. But Ross has it all. There is something here for everyone in the family. From the newborn child to your pet cat. This store is located in a shopping center among other popular stores such as TJMaxx. Just a short walk, you will see other stores such as Total Wine. This area is awesome... eateries are nearby, a grocery store, mom and pop shops etc. There is plenty of parking. Right as I walked into the women's shoe section, boom there they were. I literally said out loud, "You have to be kidding me. No way. " The boots were onsale 65% off, my size and pretty much what I was looking for. Pricing is always on point. I can find so many sales and good deals. Staff is helpful. No issues there.
