Mine and my kiddos, especially, favorite store! This store is perfect! Who knew it would be toddler's favorite but it is! They just love being in here because the toy section is massive and everything is on their level!!! I have spent so much time in here just looking at the awesome toys they have! I signed up for kohls rewards and it's so worth it! Everything is great price wise and their deals at amazing. They have great graphic tees and everything. My kiddos love their shopping carts too because it's like a stroller. Associates are always nice (pushy about their credit card tho lol). The parking lot stays packed now because so many people are always shopping in Sephora but other than parking far away I don't have any complaints. The Amazon return goes pretty fast as well. read more

I really like this location. Every single time I have one inside, I have been greeted by a staff member. The store is clean and tidy even in the clearance sections. There aren't things all over the floor and a mess. I absolutely love that you can return things from Amazon here. There's always someone at that kiosk. Checking out is very organized and they usually have several people at the registers. I have been there and when the line gets long they do call other staff members which I appreciate. read more

You know, Kohls just is not doing it for me anymore. This location has been slightly bare in certain sections. When you go to shoes it's the land of super name brand. So going there for shoes can be a miss especially the price. They are generally highly priced. I just feel like kohls is missing the magic that they have had many years prior. I dislike having to make returns at this location, all the way in the back. There are other stores where you can make them up front. The employees have been helpful here. I didn't have my receipt to return two items. In some cases, many store associates will brush you off and say, in their way, "Too bad." I love to buy my polo shirts here. I love the selection, the quality and the value. I also love the frequent "sales" they have. Let's be honest - their sales are somewhat deceptive. If I have to pay $50.00 for a buy one get one free offer. I'm really getting two shirts for $25.00. And that's what the shirts are worth, so stop it with the crazy sales gimmicks please. I always like to look around the kitchenette items too. Never buy them, but find something interesting there everytime. I bowl in league every winter and do tournaments from time to time. So when we need a team shirt done I always come to Kohls for their great polos. You really can't go wrong with the value you get shopping here - it's sort of like a one-stop-shop for just about everything. They always have a ton of clearance merchandise that's not organized at all, and then some newer "full-price" areas that are better organized. To say you ever pay "full price" here is a bit of a misnomer since everything is always on sale. And more often than not, they have coupons or Kohl's cash deals going on so if you spend some time working to value shop, you can get some great deals. They had a great line of ugly Christmas sweaters this year, and I just picked up several pairs of kid's pajamas for under $20. Despite the huge size of this store, there are only ever a couple of staff members running checkout lines, so depending on how busy it is, you may be in for a bit of a wait. So if you're used to value/thrift store style shopping, this is the place. If you want something posh and organized with sales people who will dote on you, go head over to Nordstrom's and pay triple or quadruple the price for your items. read more

This Kohls was a little on the small side. The checkout area is cramped and I realize they have it this way to make good use of the room they have and maintain order but it seems tighter than other locations. On my visit I found nothing I was looking for and it was tough to navigate the store. It wasn't even crowded but it was just awkward and not what I'm used to. It's a little ridiculous that everything inside a Kohl's is always on sale. The entire concept is a gimmick. With that being said, I fall into the trap. This particular location didn't seem to have anything I wanted in my size. I was also surprised to see dress for almost $200. I mean, who do they think they are? I'm sure they're trying to target a higher end market, but I believe Target has done a better job with limited lines. Overall, I will continue to get my LC fix, and enjoy their clearance section, but I may have to start doing so online. read more

Where do I start.....??? I went to Kohl's after having gone to another Kohl's yesterday in the attempt to find a specific pair of shoes for my daughter. The Kohl's commercials bragging about being the only store carrying D'signed (descendants) merchandise and the ad in Sunday's paper helped my daughter decide what her new school shoes were to be. We arrived at Kohl's and walked in the direction of the shoe department, as we passed the men's clothing we noticed the graphic tee shirts were 2/$20 but gave up trying to find any silly shirts for my husband as everything on ALL 3 tables and ALL 6 sides wee completely wrecked. As we rounded the corner we noted the very unfriendly cashier/associate on that side of the store making a mental note not to check out there. We arrived in the shoe section and HOLY EXPLOSION of FOOTWEAR!!!!!! Boxes strewn about, I tripped over a white wedge heeled shoe and stumbled across multiple balled up pieces of shoe paper before falling into a shelf with overturned empty boxes in front of it. My daughter, whose room could on occasion be declared a disaster area, says to me "oh my gosh mom this place is a mess". Yes at 10 she could provide expert testimony in a court of law on the topic of "messes". Demo shoes were not above the proper boxes (a sale sketchers shoe was with the men's shoes) and forget the clearance shoes all together unless you have full battery on your phone and perhaps a tether to the outside as you will never find your way out of all the trash accumulating over in the corner. So the reason for our stop was to pick up the VERY publicized via circulars, emails and TV commercial Disney Descendants tween-ish shoes on sale. We originally went to another Kohl's but were unable to find my daughter's size. This Kohl's had none of the cool signage the other Kohl's has in fact it almost appeared they were hiding these shoes (one was displayed over top converse tennis shoes an aisle and a half over) and the cubby housing the shoes had the shoes facing inside (not visible to people walking on the main tiled area) towards all the aforementioned debris I tripped over. The boxes were missing tops, many were on the floor, 2 boxes only containing one shoe were in the cubby, big boxes with little boxes, we have up and after looking for 2 other random display type shoes we have up on that endeavor as well because nothing made sense.... At 1:28 in the afternoon I can only assume that a tornado had recently hit the men's section and made its way to the shoes and ended up in the boys graphic tee shirt apparel area. I won't bore you with the additional details on that but I will leave it with: all merchandise should be priced if you are having to stand in the slowest check out possible. OKAY. My mom CONSTANTLY goes to this Kohl's. I can't say I'm the biggest fan of this one but they are very well organized and they do have a lot to shop from. My ONLY complaints are some parts of the clothing can get VERY messy and don't even TRY to return something. The customer service at this store is so obnoxious and rude. read more

This store is always a wreck. Nothing looks like it's ever put away it organized. I've come the minute they open hoping things would be easier to find and it's still a mess. Very frustrating when you have to look for things because nothing is in its place. When you tell the associated their excuse is we put it back and the next minute it's chaos. The store is shopped in by absolute pigs and the employees don't seem to care about straightening up after the livestock. Clothes are thrown everywhere and are not neatly folded. There seems to be no organisation in the store, so good luck finding what you need. It seems that everything is always "on sale" if you're stupid enough to fall for that gimmick. So if you are a member of a head of cattle or an idiot that falls for gimmicks, this is the place for you. read more
