I did see a good variety of brands including Calvin Klein and Lanes End. Watch their social media for sales, I needed up hitting their 90% off clearance sale. The people that worked there are nice. If you end up getting a lot, the people at the front desk will put your items together with your name for you by the front desk. So the reason for the lower score - item quality. I definitely should have examined the items I bought more carefully. I bought two items that had faux leather on them and I noticed when I got home that the leather on both of them was ruined. Additionally, one of the dresses I bought had been cut significantly at the elbow. Next time, I will definitely be a lot more careful

With prom and other large events coming up, I would think that there would be more of a sparkly shoe selection to go with a beautiful dresses that they have. Checkout seemed long but it went fairly quick. They had a lot of the registers opened and they legit SPRAYED down each register before the next person came which was really nice.

I will travel from Chesapeake to visit this store and that's an easy 30 minute travel (with no traffic). Yes, this is your typical Ross store, but the selection here is kinda second to none. The employees/cashiers get you in and get you out. On any given day the checkout line can be wrapped around the ropes, but the wait time is usually less than five minutes. But Ross has it all. There is something here for everyone in the family. From the newborn child to your pet cat. This store is located in a shopping center among other popular stores such as TJMaxx. Just a short walk, you will see other stores such as Total Wine. This area is awesome... eateries are nearby, a grocery store, mom and pop shops etc. There is plenty of parking. For the last few months I have been looking for some black above the ankle boots. I went to so many stores. Some stores outside of the mall and others inside the mall. JCP was my last stop. Right as I walked into the women's shoe section, boom there they were. I literally said out loud, "You have to be kidding me. No way. " The boots were onsale 65% off, my size and pretty much what I was looking for. Pricing is always on point. I can find so many sales and good deals. Staff is helpful. No issues there.
