Damn yo, what happened to Cotton On? Did I get pickier, or did they always suck? Most of my recent purchases from them are tearing apart after one wash, like their socks. Their old stuff is still in my closet. I'm wearing shorts that are still looking fresh, and they're six years old. I don't usually Karen it up, but today "Priscilla" (if I were her, id give a fake name too) had 0 empathy for a return with the tag present but removed. Like how does a tag removed negate a legit return in CA? I had to call their customer service to get it authorized. I hate the whole "vote with money," but these large corporations are precisely what's wrong with our society. I run small businesses, and id accept a return without a tag, because customer loyalty is more important than $40. End rant read more

I love this place for shorts! I mean, I love all their clothes, I've found quite a few different pieces I like, but I keep coming back for the shorts. I have a small waist, but bigger hips and thighs, and have a hard time finding shorts that fit just right to flatter that, until I started shopping here! In fact, I still have a pair that are my favorite from here that I have owned for 10+ years now, so I guess another great thing is how long they last! And the prices are so reasonable too read more

Stupid store policies . They didn't have the size I needed for a jacket but they had it on the manikin . I asked an employee if I could get the sweater on the manikin and she said their store policy doesn't allow them to remove clothing until after the holidays . I told her she could put a different style jacket with he same size she said she couldn't . That is ridiculous . I'm glad they didn't Have my size so I don't waste my money there. read more

I was trying on my clothes and the musics volume increased significantly. I asked for it to be turned down because I couldn't even hear myself talk to my sister. he said no because that's the volume it's set at. at the register i asked again when i was checking out and they gave me attitude and said no again i asked if it was important for their customers to feel comfortable and they continued to be defensive and give me rude attitude. i was very unhappy with my experience and even though their clothes are decent, the staff is rude and makes the experience bad read more

So my daughter got a really cute bodysuit from here, I wanted. I called and spoke to Jessica, she was friendly and checked size and colors for me. I had her hold a couple for me. I got there and tried them on. The salmon color didn't look good with my skin tone, so I just bought the army green one. The store is small but laid out nicely, and staff are friendly. Its on the second floor next to Forever 21, and Sears. Would come again, if in the mall. Had some good sales going on right now. read more

I have no complaints about the quality of clothes. I went into the store on 1/2/16 at around 8:45pm and the two sales clerks hAd colds. One was coughing and the other cashier was sick too. One cashier stated she gave the other cashier her cold and obviously gave me her cold as well. Not sure what's up with this lady passing her germs to others but she gave me a damn cold too. The next day my throats was scratchy and I am fighting a cold now. I rarely get sick. Please make sure you have healthy staff on the clock and if your employees are sick , make sure they wash their hands and use hand sanitizer so that they are not passing their colds through coughing on their hands, exchanging money and clothes. Why all the negative reviews...? I've gone in on some really off times when there was nobody else in the store and I have never been followed, never been badgered... The sales associates have always been nice. I really love their basics! Their tank tops are honestly the best I've ever bought, and I never really payed more than like $2 for them on sale. It's insane! I've bought black dresses for my job as a host here for like $5, cute sweaters and other dresses for $5-10... Their sale prices are insane. Definitely stop in sometime to check them out. I've never had a bad experience at a retail store until i shopped here. I asked for help on a sale item and the lady unpacking boxes her name was MARIEN referred me to the woman on register who was extremely busy. I waited almost 20 min just to ask a question. Once i asked for the manager because i was upset they refer me back to the woman in the back who couldn't help me. I was so disturbed and once again this woman had a lot of Attitude once i pointed out my frustration. She was careless and this is no way to run a business!!! This is a really good clothing store, but the best time to shop here is when they have their sales. Cotton on is known for having really great sales, and I think that's really evident during Black Friday. Sales can go as high as 70% off then! The service is just as it is in most clothing stores in the mall. The staff are friendly and they want to help you to the best of their abilities I believe. However, as one reviewer mentioned, there is a tough return policy and many managers aren't flexible about it, so that's why this review only earns 4 stars. read more

Cotton On...wow. When i think of this location, only good things come to mind. Starting with the cleanliness and layout of the store. It's simply amazing and grabs people's interests, even if it may be their first time shopping at this location. Secondly, the service is significantly above average for a retail store. Most stores just want to get the customer in and out, but not here. There is no feeling of being rushed or like they're trying to get you out of there in a hurry. Diana was the associate that helped me out and I hope she continues to help me anytime I go into that store because she had amazing service. She was very personable, suggested new product, and even gave me her honest opinion on my choices...you can't find that anywhere else! Overall, I was very happy with my experience at this location and how I was treated...I will definitely be back! read more

I would give it a 3.5 stars, but I can't obviously. :) I like this store, the clothes are trendy and cute and casual. The sales are awesome. I like coming here to find shirts for $5. The reason I give it 3 stars is not for staff (I found them to be decent and friendly) and the clothes (because I do like them), I'm giving them 3 stars because of the stupid return policy. All sales items are FINAL SALE, and you can only return/exchange an item only once. I once bought a romper there and went to exchange for a different size. A few days later, I changed my mind and decided I didn't want it anymore. The sales lady said I couldn't return it since I exchanged it once already. Talk about stupid policy, not to mention confusing. But anyway, besides that, I generally do like shopping here :) read more

I'm going to be different and give this store two stars. I was greeted by two salespeople within the same five minutes and I thought that was overkill, especially when I was the only one in the store and the other person must have heard that I was already greeted. They didn't follow me around the store, but it's probably because they were trying to put together a rack or something in the back. I tried on some dresses, but the sizing runs big. I'm usually a medium, and I was swimming in a small. The clothes seem relatively well made for being so cheap, but I haven't purchased anything from this location because it reminds me of Old Navy and there's just something very off putting about that. read more
