I stopped by this Carter's store location to look at baby clothes while my wife was shopping next door. I parked near the front of the store since this store is in a big plaza. They were having some great deals so I wanted to see what they have. A worker greeted me when I walked inside and asked if I needed any help. They organized the store by having the newborn clothing in the front and then older clothing toward the back. I saw some nice dresses and clothing for newborn but didn't buy anything. I had a great experience at the Granada Hills store thanks to the help of three outstanding associates. Adele and Aurora were incredible helpful and patient as I worked on creating a baby registry for my daughter. They took the time to answer all my questions and made the process feel easy and enjoyable. a few days later, I returned to purchase some clothes, and the service was just as impressive. On 2/16/2025 I came to this store to buy clothes for my son.. I usually have points and this time I had 10 dollars.. I came to the checkout line and associate named wendy told me I had the points and if I wanted to use them I told her yes and she said if I had the bar code to be able to get the 10 dollars.. mind you I've worked for carters in the past so I know the associate can do it from the register.. she denied being able to give me my discount from the register and I eventually lost the 10 dollars.. she said I can always come back.. very dissapointed in her attitude and how she did not want to help at all.. read more

I have always loved this baby store from when my mom used to take us here as kids and let us pick one item for our baby dolls. Now as an adult I shop here for all my friend's babies, and when I have a child someday, their wardrobe will be solely Carter's! Lots of inventory and decent prices. My only real complaint is that there are a lot of areas that aren't very stroller friendly. It can often feel like you're running an obstacle course with all of the movements you'll have to do going from one end of the store to another. You'd think a store that sells baby clothes would be more conscious of this. Clothes can also often be strewn about. Mainly when they're busy. I get that employees are more focused on getting people run up and out of the store, but it just stinks when you have to rummage through piles of unfolded shirts et al just to find the size/style you're looking for. read more

My wife and I welcomed our little girl in July and you can find Carter's wear at most department stores, but when you want to see everything, go to a Carters store. This one is like the rest, a little crammed, but they have great deals on clothes, but they could use one more staff member to maybe man the floor, because the past couple times I've gone they are all behind the counter trying to work out what the customers are trying to do... which makes it all slow. The staff here are always very nice and looking to help it's customers with deals (sign up for their emails to get the 20% off barcode) which is always appreciated. The downside is parking is ALWAYS packed, we're lucky if we only walk three aisles over. But other than that it's a good feeling shopping with your little one with other little ones and around people who get you without feeling like you're annoying the rest of the shoppers. read more

Baby T isn't due to make his entrance for a few more months but I am already deeply in love with Carters. Every store I go to has friendly service, tons of cute items (too many!), and deals galore. Also their reward program is very generous (1 point for every $1 spent - under two weeks in and I already have a pending $10 reward). Carters offers many good deals; one thing I've been told by other mums is wait til it goes on 50% off - because it WILL go on 50% off. Also I am a huge fan of Carters free shipping to store - this saves on the unnecessary shipping charges and this store is under 15 minutes from my residence. I love this place! Every time I go in here to shop for my toddler boy they always have great sales and/or specials. They definitely have better clothing selections than Babies R Us and Target, especially with boys' shoes. I bought several sets of boy's clothes the other day and realized that I had forgotten to bring my 20% off $40+ purchase coupon. I asked Teri if I can put the clothes on hold so I can go home and come back with the coupon. She said she will honor the discount since they have a similar coupon at the cash register. Teri was so wonderful! She made this mommy very happy as it was the only day I can shop and get everything checked off on my to-do list that day. Not only did she honor the discount coupon but she went to the back to get a set of pants with a size that wasn't available in the front racks. What great customer service! Thank you Teri! read more

Hit and Miss. Sometimes you can find some really good deals at cheap prices and sometimes you can't find anything either too overpriced or not on sale. Best time to come is when you have coupons and after Thanksgiving and Xmas. I stocked up on so many pajamas for $5.00 for toddlers too. I love Carters clothing well pajamas, I'm not a big fan of their clothes anymore. I feel like they shrink after washing right away. But Pj's are a definite must from here. :) read more

This is by far my favorite Carter's. It's spacious, clean,organized and the staff are really nice. They have awesome sales in the back of the store, and great coupons. My only complaint is that they leave the front door open and if you have a small child with you, it's hard to shop because you are worried about them running out of the store. read more

I was always ordering online until I discovered there's a Carter's right in my neighborhood. They have just as great of an inventory in store as they do online. Sales associates are super sweet and helpful. Always looking forward to their sales and adorable outfits. My 3 month old boy is growing so fast, gotta keep up! This store is wonderful and the staff is always very super friendly and helpful. They are more than willing to go check in the back to see if they have a size that might not be on the rack...which is insane because they always seem to have an abundance of every size. The store is well organized, well lit, and clean. Upon entering, I have always been greeted and then left to browse. And it's like they can just tell if you have a question or need help because someone always magically appears to help me find what I want. They are never pushy but they do offer suggestions to go with items that I'm purchasing which is very helpful!! I always go to this location but never had an experience like I did last week. Usually I go in to pick up my orders that I place online and the ladies before werent always as helpful or nice. But last week when I went in I had Vanessa help me look for a specific item that I was hoping they had in store but it was an online item only. Today I came in mid day to return some items I had received as gifts for my sons first birthday party. I was greeted immediatly upon arrival.. The atmosphere was very welcoming and very beautiful to look at.
