Located on first floor of the Montebello Mall. Everything is neat and organized. Clothing that aren't there can be ordered online. It's an easy and quick process, order online and just pickup up here. I like how the order comes in a black bag so people can't see your purchase. read more

COVID-19: Social distancing is not enforced at this establishment. Some of the staff wears a mask. All customers are not expected to wear a mask. It's optional now. None of the staff wears gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is open and available with no limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was grabbing some stuff from this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They currently don't have happy hour (duh). They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is massive since it is located inside a mall. Lots of parking spots for you to choose from. Take your pick. However, the lot can get very full very easily and quickly. Staff: The staff here are very friendly, kind, and helpful. The store itself is very clean, neat, tidy, and organized. I love Cotton On! They are trendy but classic at the same time. I am not one who wears too many edgy patterns or colors or when I do it's in a subtle manner. So Cotton on is right up my alley! They cater to a chill, but stylish aesthetic. I also love how size inclusive they are every time I go into the store I find something nice to wear in my size. Although shirt size I wear a medium I struggle to find bottoms that fit appropriately because my legs are larger. I know I can go into a mall and if a cotton on is there I am bound to find something I like and find it in my size. Just today I found a super cute romper and a few T-shirts. Prices are also affordable and they always have great sales which is appreciated. By far one of my favorite stores if not most favorite. Lastly, I love how they care about the less fortunate and always have some sort of campaign or fundraiser to raise funds for third world countries that need water and food. As a self-proclaimed humanitarian and organization that cares will get more of my business. read more

I bought three pairs of jeans from cotton on and all three pairs have ripped. Two out of the three jeans were new pairs that ripped first wear. For the amount of money that I'm paying at cotton on for jeans, I'm expecting better quality.Also the music in there It's so loud you could barely hear yourself think.. read more

I'm the kind of shopper that needs little to no help unless I need help grabbing something I cannot reach or when I need assistance with a return. My visit today was to return some items, yes I had my receipt, within two weeks from purchasing the items. The neckline on some of these tops are not made for women that have a chest. Anyway I go about my return and one of the items didn't have the price tag but was on the receipt that I clearly purchased. The employee that helped me was Wendy, and she quickly said "imnotabletodothisonebecauseitdoesnthaveapricetagandthatsclearlystatedonourreturnpolicy" she said it so fast and in a condescending tone, I had the price tag but I was confused why the price tag mattered so much even if I had proof of purchase. It was obvious that she was flustered answering simple questions and probably needs some time away from the registers or even from talking to people ... anyway I had the price tag in my bag and she seemed even more irritated that I had it instead of not having it which made the interaction even more awkward. Train your employees better, since holidays are coming I'm sure you guys don't want bad reviews all the time, especially when the customer has everything they need on their end and you're still just being a d*ck, like why work in customer service lol read more

Today I visited Montebello Mall and excepted to have a wonderful visit but instead I was shopping looking for clothes with my brothers and was unexpectedly approached by Hailey who asked my brother about a hat he was clearly going to purchase since he was carrying it around the whole time, and later she pointed out my sisters bag asking about a hat in there which was extremely confusing because we were just doing our typical shopping. She approached with no respect or did not even bother to mention how she wanted to know what was in the bag and tried to pressure him to explain himself. Really Hailey? what did you expect? then later tried to play it off by sending us to the register. There was many people around us too but out of everyone she called us out. I seriously took it as racial profiling, simply because of the color of our skin? I was seriously confused until I realized what had happened. read more

Just went in trying to exchange a dress for a smaller size and the worker wouldn't price adjust it for me for an even exchange when I had already called and was told it was possible. Other Cotton On's honor it but this one didn't. Decided to go to a different Cotton On for my even exchange which was done with no complications. read more

First time shopping at this store and it will be the last. Workers expects you to know their store policies. Once you buy a jewelry item, you are pretty much stuck with it even when it was never worn. I had no idea their return policy and cashier didn't tell me at the time of purchase so I just hastily bought a pair of earrings for my daughter. Well, turns out it was not her style and I couldn't even exchange so now I'm stuck with it. They said they don't allow returns on jewelry due to hygienic reasons. Hmmm, they don't think that people actually tried them on in the store first before purchasing so it was already not hygienic? No returns or exchanges on jewelry items should have been disclosed on the receipt or mentioned by the cashier like other stores. We usually don't walk into a store reading their store policies first. Bad customer service and ridiculous store policy earns them 1 star. Would have given 0 stars if it was an available option. read more
