Amazing customer service my family came in and we were able to get help right away they were so fast and very efficient.

This place is located by the 60 frwy. Corner plaza. Southeast side. We came for a suit for my friend. They have 3 tiers to choose from. $139, $159, $179. Friend ended getting sport jacket, shirt, slacks and tie. He needed alterations on sport jacket sleeves and slacks. Total price was over $325. They get you on the alterations. Which now leads to getting it done supposedly at 3pm the next day. Employee lady asked the alteration person if it could be done. They said yes. This would've been perfect because my friend has no transportation other then another friend would be in the area to help him pick it up. And immediately have to go home to beat the traffic. But noooo, it didn't happened. So this is the next day and they're there to pick up. Employee says not ready. Won't be ready til 6pm. *&%*$#. That's an additional 3 hours. No consideration. So they waited and waited and then it was done about 5-ish. They picked up and left because they were tired and wanted to leave. No discount to compensate the extra time waiting. PLUS, they messed up on the sport jacket. It didn't button. We think they did a switcheroo. Another word be bait n switch. The sport jacket he had tried on earlier and purchased, he could button it. The one received could not be button. We are very disappointed in their workmanship and customer service. It was wrong to take advantage of customers. We won't be coming back nor recommend this place to others. read more

I took my sons to 3 Men Suits to get some new suits for an upcoming wedding. The store front is small and it is situated on a busy street but they have a parking lot in the back. They had a fair selection but it was difficult for us to find the right suit on our own. The staff there were extremely helpful. After measuring my kids, they found them the suits. Gloria helped fit my kids and told me about the 3 suit deal so I got one for my husband too. Even though he was not there, I was able to use another gentleman as reference and Josh helped me get the suit. Though the suits may not be designer brands, they were pretty good for the price. We got 3 suits plus multiple altering for under $1000. I do want to give a special shout out to Josh. My husband didn't like the suit we got him, we came back to exchange and Josh was extremely helpful. He helped us order the suit my husband wanted and contacted me as promised, then we fitted him and got the suit altered all in time for the date of the wedding. Also for anyone who may be wondering, their alteration prices as it turns out is quite reasonable, in fact in some cases cheaper. I did a comparison with over 6-7 other alteration shops from yelp. I would definitely come back again if we ever needed new suits. read more

If you're in need of a suit on short notice, I recommend 3 Men Suits. I needed one and I saw them as I was passing by. I stopped in and was greeted by Gloria as soon as I walked in. She was very friendly and helpful. They have a huge selection and she was able to put me in a suit that was very nice. She answered any questions I had. Josh was there also and he also answered questions that Gloria needed help on. The two were very courteous and professional. My suit needed a little alteration which they took care of in a couple of days. My suit was ready when promised and at the wedding I went to, everyone commented on the suit. So i needed a suit for a wedding this upcoming weekend. Came here and picked one out and left it to get altered. They said it would be ready Saturday at 3. I couldn't come pick it up so i came Monday 8/1 at 1030 when they supposedly opened. I waited for an hour and still no one was here. It is now Tuesday 8/2 almost 11am and they again are not open.
