Customer service is nonexistent here. When you're looking for someone to help you out, they are all by the registers. Asking for help feels criminal here. As a pregnant person, today one of the employees told me I couldn't go in with my mom to see her try on her dress because they had a one person policy. So if people have kids, are they not allowed to bring them in based on your policy? Policy is definitely flawed here. read more

Please note this experience was a year or so ago but I have not returned since. Terrible customer service, no one greeted you when you came in (which isn't the worst) but that was the beginning of my experience. One worker was rolling a cart of clothing, without her view being obstructed - she cut me off and didn't acknowledge me or apologize or anything. Then I wanted to try an item on and waited at the dressing room for several minutes. All of the rooms were locked and no one even noticed me waiting there. I put the items back and left. I'm very disappointed with this store and management. I went on Saturday morning. I grew up in Montebello so I been coming to this store for many years . As I walked in a girl named ANA approached me and said if I needed help I said no I'm just looking plus I had just walked in . I was looking and necklaces and eyelashes I had 2 shirts and the necklaces I was going to buy . As I was looking at some shirts she approached me again and asked me if she can hold the stuff for me and I said okay yes plz . Than she told me " what about the other stuff " I was like what other stuff and she rolled her eyes and told me yes I'm just saying u have it . This store needs to update their business hours on Yelp.... I went in to do a return it was 8:10pm, there was a customer walking out. The girl at the register with short straight black hair and braces told me they were closed already...I should've went through every Windsor website affiliate because the store website and Yelp say two different hours.... Yelp says 9pm and the website store says 8pm Monday-Thursday.... The girl at the register said we are already closing the registers, and I asked her " so you haven't closed them yet? " she said " no " and she just refused to help me, after letting her know that I had driven a way out to make this return, I politely asked if she can just make this return possible and she said NO.... It's not a super big store, but I like it. Their price is affordable, and they have so much variety of dresses. My friends and I love to visit Windsor when we think about going to special events and being wedding guests. Customer service is excellent too. read more

I encountered Ligia (from the Montebello store) while she was helping at the Arcadia location today. I wanted to write this because I know many times people go above and beyond, or maybe just out of their comfort zone, to say hi to or help customers and they don't get recognized. Ligia helped me so much today. I wasn't in the mood to go shopping but I needed a dress for an event Saturday, and vacation clothes and had been spending hours searching online already with no luck. I hate shopping and I hate spending money. And I also hate myself when an event comes and I didn't manage my time before to prepare so I feel stressed and ashamed and unprepared. So after my long day at work I went to Windsor and was there for awhile before anyone asked if I was doing okay, even after I asked for help from the other girl. I think she was just shy. I ended up spending a lot of money- which I only say because if you are the owner or manager of the store I know that's what matters to you is the sale. But the point is, I stayed only after Ligia asked how I was doing and picked out the other clothing- not just the party dress for Saturday. And as I was paying she talked to Me more and I felt comfortable enough with myself to purchase some more without feeling terrible. That's a huge win for me. Thank you Ligia! I stopped by right now about an hour before close and was greeted by a friendly and helpful worker in the front who asked me what I was looking for and pointed me in the right direction. Went to the back to try on dresses and I was helped by another lovely worker. I kept asking her her opinion on the dresses I was trying on and she was very sweet. Once I went back to the front, the first girl was helping my mom and I decide between which jewelry goes best with the items I bought.
