Very nice store. Well organized, good range of products and helpful staff. "Big City" store with hometown feel.

You don't see this kind of customer service too many places. Thanks for the gift wrapping. The…read morecashier took the time to find a gift box and beautifully wrapped my purchase. They have a great selection of everything. Gifts, toys, fabric, holiday.

If you desire to be viciously discriminated by employees for a disability, then "Ace is the place!"…read morefor you to experience such a disgusting show of human apathy and disrepect. Being treated as less than human by the staff there, because of my disability is infuriating. I have a service dog. She has been by my side 24/7 for more than 10 consecutive years. I know the rules. I am to be prepared to clean up any messes that she may ever make. That is the law. I have a medical bag, which contains medications along with support materials for my service dog, including things like a water bottle, collapsible water bowl, paper towels, hand sanitizer, poo bags, etc. Being stripped of my bag by staff, even after explaining that this is an ADA bag, is enough to make my blood boil. The bag is even labeled properly. Nobody asks to have a disability. The ADA laws exist to protect people from this kind of treatment. As a side note, all winnings in court are tax free, and it takes 3 people filing the same thing against the same entity to form a "class action lawsuit." The staff at Ace Hardware clearly fit the description of their pay far exceeding their tooth count. I seriously hope they go out of business. By the time they are treating me this way, they have done it to countless others, and will continue to do such until they are FORCED to stop, by court, by cops, or by someone who's probably had enough of being treated this way and snaps, making their own Dateline News segment. I do not recommend ever shopping here. Please: Do not support a business that viciously discriminates against people who have disabilities. You should be horribly ashamed of yourself for the way you treat members of the community. One day, karma may possibly make you disabled, and you will be forced to face the horrors of being treated the way you treated me.
