The owner, David, sits in his truck while his "workers" make it seem like they're doing work while in reality, they're making all of your problems worse. This company loves taking on jobs where the homeowner won't be around so that they can be questioned and can continue putting lipstick on a pig, get their check, and disappear before all of their "work" starts to fall apart. Oh, and don't dare even question any of their "work" since all you'll get is a bunch of crying and complaining before all work on your project slams to a halt under their feelings aren't hurt anymore. The new roof that David supposed has a roofing company come and replace had no warranty (any legitimate roofing company will have a warranty on a new roof) and now only a year later, the entire roof needs to be replaced. Not only that, but the shotty work that was done on the roof wasn't even close to being up to code and every company that has come to give an estimate to redo his work has been amazed that he is trying to pass it off as legitimate work. Please for the sake of your sanity, safety, and wallet, NEVER EVER EVER call this company for ANY work whatsoever. You can thank me later

He got upset refused to get off my car door and was threatening me, I had to call the police I was scared for my life. He took advantage because we were first time home buyers and I went to meet him by myself. He could of got the 50 bucks but because he threatened me and upset me cops settled it with $100. He never went over everything with us told us we will get a report. I'm going to report him to BBB and it's a damn shame that a black man was out to bring a black family down. Phil was a great inspector from start to finish. The first time I called him he asked for a bunch…read moreof details about the house and immediately started walking us through what he will be taking a look at given the age of the house. He walked us through all of the services he provides and the cost and answered all of our questions in detail. Other inspectors gave very brief descriptions of services provided, so we felt more comfortable going with Phil. We had the general inspection, wood destroying insect, radon, sewer camera, and oil tank sweep all done through Phil. On the day of the inspection, we were half an hour early but Phil was already there looking at the exterior of the house. He explained his process and invited us to shadow him and ask questions about anything we didn't understand. He was very detailed in his inspection, and took the time to explain to us any issues that needed immediate attention. The inspection lasted almost 4 hours, which I guess is uncommon because both real estate agents thought it would only take 2 hours. We closed on the house last week and have used the report a number of times when hiring contractors. Phil pointed out some structural issues in the basement which we are now getting fixed, and are slowly working through the rest of the items in his report. His detailed report makes it easy for us to send to other contractors so they know the scope of the issue. We would highly recommend Phil for any first time homebuyer with lots of questions about their new house!

Michael provides a super thorough inspection and pays attention even to the smallest details. He points out loose stones in the stairs, narrow parking spots that claim to fit more cars than it is realistically possible, stair handles placed uncomfortably, among other things. He also points out important things that are done not up to code and can cause serious issues down the line. It is a responsibility of a buyer to evaluate the findings and apply them, whether in negotiations with the seller, or just for your own reference later to understand what requires fixing and how urgent it is. And knowing that in advance, I think I received a superior service, because thanks to Michael, not only I received a concession from a buyer to fix an improperly installed, though working, garage door, but also avoided troubles with insurance company later by requesting asbestos removal and obtaining corresponding certificate. Michael's commission may be a bit higher than the market, but it's well worth it.
