When I directly confronted Danira Chavez and requested honesty about the situation, she avoided the conversation and walked away. I strongly suspect that the original dress was sold to another client as my daughter's dress was in store and not something that had to be ordered. This was supposed to be a special moment for my daughter, her dream dress and it turned into a very disappointing and stressful situation.
