SCAM ALERT!!!!!…read more I reserved a storage unit at a set price, but on move-in day--when everything was already packed and ready to go--they suddenly told me the unit I booked was "not available." Instead, they offered a more expensive unit. The manager, Rylee Olaughlin, called it "dynamic pricing" and compared it to hotel rates. The difference is: hotels usually honor your reservation price. This place does not. What makes it worse is the timing. They wait until you're fully committed and in a vulnerable position--especially if you're leaving WSU--then force you into a higher-priced option because you don't have much choice. I understand that storage units often charge from the reservation date, not move-in date--that's not the issue. The issue is not honoring the reserved unit and price. Be very careful with this place, especially on move-in day. I highly recommend looking into local business than company under WEST COAST SELF STORAGE. Eventually found a storage that doesn't inflate their prices and take advantage of student.

First, the prices are reasonable. We contracted for a 5' x 10' storage space to move our student's belongings during the summer months. The price was $60 and we received a 50% off for the second month. There was a $10 service fee which was also quite reasonable. Beth, the woman I dealt with was professional, friendly and had an amazing funny streak! I loved speaking with her. She made everything easy. They have larger storage space but we only needed to store a bed/dresser and other odds and ends. It's comforting to know this place exists as we need to move our student's belongings for the summer. I highly recommend Advantage Mini Storage and hope you get to talk to Beth, who as I said is pleasant, funny and hard working!

Moving with Pratt was flawless; I can't recommend these guys enough. Everything happened when they…read moresaid it would, under the price that was estimated, and all of our belongings arrived in pristine condition. Additionally, the team at Pratt went above and beyond in entertaining our toddler during the process, and dealing with a car whose battery had died in transit. The bottom line is that Pratt was amazing, and we'll use them again without hesitation. I would highly recommend this company above others.

We had to suddenly move all our stuff out of our unit to prevent further damage. We had no where to store our stuff and had to clean mouse poop and pee off our valuable belongings. Worst part was they never responded to us or apologize or anything. I've never been a customer of such heartless and negligent business owners before.
