The neatest difference between them and other places is that they are fabricators as well as natural stone providers so you get an upfront price including install the second you pick out your slab. If you are considering working with Jairo Maldenado's JM Flooring, just be aware that he is a one-man business and they make mistakes and won't come back out to fix them. Then he will totally ghost you. So they do shoddy work and won't fix mistakes and you'll never hear back from them again.

My husband and I decided on the carpet. We called Steve & he came to our home to take measurements...and about two weeks later our carpet was installed. I am incredibly happy with the thorough, professional and excellent job done by the two carpet installers. they took very good care of the few pieces of furniture that I needed their help moving. They worked straight through, no breaks and finished in about 4-5 hours. They cleaned up, they vacuumed the area and made sure I looked at their work it before they left. The price we paid was very reasonable. It included taking the old carpet with them as well. Every person that I've encountered at the store is very kind, polite and professional. My only critique is I called the store on a Sunday to find out if our carpet had arrived, for installation on Wednesday. The person I spoke to said they would call me back on Monday to confirm. I did not get a call back. So I called on Tuesday to confirm that the carpet would be coming on Wednesday. The reason I wanted to confirm is it's a lot of prep work moving clothes out of closets, furniture and all of our stuff out of the way. And if for some reason the carpet was delayed that would help me with planning. Other than that, it was a great experience and I will definitely go back to this store for future needs.
