If I could give 6 stars, I would…read more I had a mobile dent repair guy attempt to fix scratches someone left on my new car on the bumper and grill and he used matte black (my car is gloss black) when he told me he had the correct paint color... He also broke the bumper clips that ended up being unsalvageable according to Bobby (owner of Platinum). He got overspray everywhere and broke parts that shouldn't have needed to be replaced. So an absolute waste of $500 on top of making the car look worse than it did before he touched it. I have been looking at getting it fixed for some time now and I came across Platinum Collision Repair and saw the great reviews and gave it a shot. When I arrived I saw a bunch of cars in the shop that looked pretty much brand new so I knew I was in probably in good hands. I was instantly greeted by the owner and I showed him the damage. He gave me a free quote within 3 mins of me being there. I took some time to see if I wanted to wait a few months or do it now but after seeing person after person come to drop off their car within 5 mins of me trying to make a decision in the parking lot, I felt that was all the convincing I needed, so I got him to go ahead and do it. I dropped the car off 7-25 (Saturday afternoon) and it was done 7-29(Wednesday morning). He told me Thursday just to be safe and I get a call on Wednesday morning at 9am that it's ready. That's including them ordering a new grill, new bumper and painting. They are closed Sundays and I brought it later in the afternoon on Saturday so really it only took them 3ish days to order the parts, do all the necessary repairs to other parts not being replaced, paint the car and they even washed it for me! These guys at Platinum killed it and the owner Bobby was seriously so helpful and did his best to get me right after getting screwed over and save me as much money as possible. He even buffed the overspray off my headlight for me and it looks like a brand new headlight now. The car now looks like how it looked when it came off the delivery truck a year ago. They did the job for so cheap too! Can't recommend them enough... so much so that my mom is asking me what's the address and telling me she doesn't care that it's over an hour and a half away from her after seeing the results lol. We buy and sell cars every couple years…read more Recently we had nothing but problems with a Nalley Dealership. Since they sold out to Asbury automotive, they could care less about the customer on any service! Enough said! We researched multiple dealerships and were going to try each one for service, customer attention and actually see if they give a NO BS run around buying a car. We also talk with those customers at the service Dept to see how they are treated for service issues. Not one customer had anything bad to say about the service Dept at Cherokee Toyota and in fact some drove many miles to come here. We had no intention of buying a car the day we visited Cherokee Toyota and in fact our credit was frozen by choice always. After doing our due diligence we walked in and asked for Mike Cofield the one who had the highest recommendations on our research recently. Mike was fantastic. A NO BS guy who was honest, trustworthy, and showed us many different Highlander models we were interested in. After driving 3 different ones and having a special request for a simpler basic model we settled on a Grand Highlander Hybrid LE. It seats 8 was bigger than most we drove, extremely quiet and had the old fashion features with some modern ones we wanted. Mike was able to make the deal with little to no playing the back-and-forth games we hate with dealerships! Cherokee Toyota did NOT have the dealer add on fees so many other ones tack on and yes, we compared side by side. We completed the transaction quickly and a special shout out to the Finance Mgr who took care of any questions and issues we had ! This is what we do expect in a dealership. Not lip service but honest customer relationships and in fact Mike gave us his personal cell number if any issues do arise! He also introduced us to "his tech" in the service Dept.. so time will tell and YES we will update at a later date after we experience the service end of the dealership first hand. But without a doubt..Mike was everything we look for in a salesperson who understands our needs and the no BS transactions! KUDOS Cherokee Toyota.. keep up the great work!

They told me it would take an hour to an hour and a half 3 and a half hours later I called to check on it and they said "computer shows it's done " well THANKS FOR THE PHONE CALL telling me that so I tell them ok can someone come pick me up where they dropped me off? 30 minutes later still no one is there to get me so I call back and they say "oh we will send someone" 20 minutes after that someone finally shows up. I tell all this to the check in guy and cashier and there's not a single I'm sorry or nothing. They literally didn't care. I love my Camery but Toyota's customer service SUCKS.

I spent over $800 on a radio installation, and shortly afterward I began experiencing electrical issues that appear to be related to the installation. Since then, my battery has repeatedly died, leaving me stranded and needing jump starts on several occasions. Having to rely on strangers for help after investing that much money has been incredibly stressful. When I first reached out with my concerns, I didn't feel like my issue was prioritized. Instead of being able to have what appeared to be an installation-related problem addressed promptly, I had to wait several days for an appointment. I barely made it back to the shop, where I was told everything looked fine and that I should be good to go. Unfortunately, I got home and experienced the exact same issues. Now I have to bring my vehicle back yet again to have it looked at a third time. I understand that diagnosing electrical problems can take time, but this experience has been a nightmare. I feel the situation could have been handled with more urgency and better communication, especially considering I paid for a service that has left my vehicle unreliable. I'm still trying to remain patient because, at the end of the day, all I want is a properly functioning radio and a vehicle I can depend on.
