Put ice on top of the syrup and sauce, poured the hot espresso over the ice (melting lots of the ice), and then the milk. No stirring so I had watery espresso milk. When I told her it tasted really bad and there was no mocha or caramel flavor because it was all stuck at the bottom under the ice she didn't believe me. The other employee dumped the drink and ice out and showed her everything at the bottom of the glass. When she remade it, she put the lid half on, and squeezed the glass as she walked away so the drink spilled out over onto the counter, and didn't offer to help me clean up her mess. Management - please teach your baristas how to be working on multiple drinks at once. And the proper order to add ingredients.
