When I finally got around to taking it out, i tried to get some of the stains out myself, especially since they were only at the very bottom. I was unsuccessful and started to panic because I felt like the stains were a bit visible, and I needed to leave for the wedding in 48 hours! I went to one dry cleaning place, but their turnaround time was not going to cut it, so I called Oxford Cleaners and they said they could have it ready in my timeframe. I felt like the pricing was very fair - it was several dollars more than the first place I checked with, but also, their turnaround time is better. When I got my dress back it looked brand new! It looked brighter and was like-new clean. So happy with their service and will be happy to come back if needed!

At one point they even asked me to search their own facility for my own clothes. I did. Found nothing. When I finally got an offer, it was $40. Then they promised to push for $50 "with the manager" -- after another week's wait. I came back 10 days later and got offered $30 instead. Less than before. When I asked for the manager, I was told the person lowballing me the whole time WAS the manager. Disorganized, dismissive, and not worth the hassle. Take your dry cleaning elsewhere.

I haven't found rips, tears, or signs of wear from the dry-cleaning yet, so I'm deeming it a safe place for all my fancy stuff. :-) Oh, and if you've lots of dry-cleaning in one go, you'll probably find it convenient that they have a drive-thru option for pick-up. You just drive your car around to the side of the building, hand them your receipt, and they'll bring your things out to the car and hang them up in your car for you. Now that's service.

My white blouses and did not press them. It looked like they were taken out of the dryer and hung up. I brought them all back. They starched and ironed 3 of the blouses (I'd have done a better job, they had creases where they were not supposed to be. My white blouse that had the gold buttons torn off, they replaced with ugly orange buttons. I asked to have the buttons replaced with gold buttons (like the ones it came with. The lady behind the counter refused. There were black stains all over the blouse. She said they would remove the black stains. I doubt they can be removed. The customer service is awful!!!!

Worst cleaners ever!…read more I brought in 9 cotton shirts for laundering, light starch on hangers. I picked them up and the bill was over $36! For 9 shirts? I asked what was the price per shirt. She replied $2.99. $2.99 x 9 does not add up to $36. She replied that one of the short sleved shirts was linen and had to be dry cleaned. The tag on the shirt say DO NOT DRY CLEAN! AND, they charged me $7.35 for that shirt! I told her that I did not ask for that shirt to be dry cleaned and that I should be refunded the difference of $7.35 and $2.99. She refused! And then she said that the shirt was NOT dry cleaned but that it was laundered and had to be hand ironed, that is why there was a diffierence in price. So hand ironing a mens short sleved shirt thay charged me $4.36! So which is it? Dry cleaned or laundered and hand ironed? I will NEVER return to this dry cleaners for any reason! Good luck to the owners. In this country we do things differently. I guarantee this location will be closed in 6 months with customer service like this.
