I usually drop off my mom's and her boyfriend's clothes here when I am running errands for them. They are quick and inexpensive, and seem to do a nice enough job for them on their causal and work clothes.

I brought in my one month old $200 velvet duvet cover to be dry cleaned, which was the first time it had been cleaned, and was very disappointed with the quality of the job. The duvet has spots where the velvet has been damaged and is completely gone. The duvet also appears very wrinkled. I was not even told about any damage to the duvet when I picked it up which I expect an honorable business to do. I am upset that my expensive bedding is now damaged and do not recommend this dry cleaners.

After two wash When i ask him the spots are still there. The guy was rude and told me its small spot don't be picky.

Good service and no issues with my clothes so far. The lady at the front also gave pointers on how to wash clothes properly at home :)

"Procrastination makes easy things hard, hard things harder." -Mason Cooley…read more I had ONE job: get my suit dry cleaned. Even though I was given at least two week's notice before an event, I just had to make an easy thing hard. So there I was sitting in my car on a hot afternoon desperately calling every Sugar Land dry cleaner, looking for any that could possibly have my clothes ready before the following evening. After five or six attempts, Kristi's was the answer to my prayers. When I arrived under the Christmas-themed neon signs, they informed me that rush delivery would be an additional charge and I of course obliged. The damage: ~$6-7. Wait, what? There must've been some mistake, I thought. I quickly paid and got out of there feeling like Dillinger. As promised, my suit was ready the next day by 2 p.m. and I've been coming back ever since. There is no fee schedule posted, but from my experience, Kristi's is significantly less expensive than other places. This is a cash-only business, which helps keep costs down. So what keeps me from awarding this place that fifth star? The mini anxiety attack I have every time I pick up an order. For whatever reason, there always seems to be a customer whose order just doesn't want to go home. All of the paper receipts are kept on some sort of board on the wall and older receipts are filed in a giant scrapbook of sorts. Most of the issues I have overheard pertain to orders that have made the transition from the wall to the book. I thought I was bad about putting things off, but a lot of people apparently leave their clothes here for more than a month. On one occasion, I was given someone else's clothes in addition to my own. They clearly did not belong to me because that shirt is SO tacky. Who wears cheetah? But first, let me take a #selfie. One can never have too much good karma, so I returned the rogue garments. Alas, Kristi's is sorta kinda on my way to/from the office, has rush delivery available and does satisfactory work for much less than the competition. I will continue doing business here as long as Lady Luck is on my side.

1 star -- lost my slacks, then lowballed me for a month…read more Lost my $125 wool dress slacks and turned the fallout into a 3-week runaround. "Check back in a week" -- three times. At one point they even asked me to search their own facility for my own clothes. I did. Found nothing. When I finally got an offer, it was $40. Then they promised to push for $50 "with the manager" -- after another week's wait. I came back 10 days later and got offered $30 instead. Less than before. When I asked for the manager, I was told the person lowballing me the whole time WAS the manager. Disorganized, dismissive, and not worth the hassle. Take your dry cleaning elsewhere.
