I've been going to this family-owned dry cleaning since 2012 when my son was in middle school and a high school senior. Even when we moved away, I would drive back to the location to get my clothes dry-cleaned because they clean them. I've gone to cleaners that did not clean them, and they still smelled dirty. They pressed over dirty clothes. This cleaner is always on time. They're always cleaning my clothes; anything breaks like a button. The mother is always able to fix it. I'm not sure why they haven't gotten more great reviews. read more

My husband's button down shirts came back extremely wrinkled. I had to re-iron them...the main reason I take them in is so I don't have to iron them. I had one tie cleaned and the back pieces of the tie were pulled off and there was a big snag in it. If you want your clothes taken care of and returned to you clean AND pressed, id consider choosing somewhere else. read more

i love this place the people are very friendly and helpful this is the best place for all my dry cleaning i have try other places but my clothes always came back different each time i never knew if i still had spots on my shirts or not but once i started coming here its all good and i lived in stafford for years and i would always come here and when i moved away from the houston area i try others down here but didn't come close at all so i drive over 90 miles just to make sure i don't ever have to worry about my clothes again now i am one happy customer and i love the drive anyway. read more

I brought in my one month old $200 velvet duvet cover to be dry cleaned, which was the first time it had been cleaned, and was very disappointed with the quality of the job. The duvet has spots where the velvet has been damaged and is completely gone. The duvet also appears very wrinkled. I was not even told about any damage to the duvet when I picked it up which I expect an honorable business to do. I am upset that my expensive bedding is now damaged and do not recommend this dry cleaners. read more

I've been a few times now and I'm happy. My clothes come back looking great, and I feel like the prices are reasonable. If you come to pick up around 5 or 6pm though, it's crowded and it can be a little chaotic. I always make sure I pay when I drop off, because I can just hand them my ticket at pick up and I'm in and out. read more

This local cleaners shop is one I've been going to for more than 10 years, they do same day service if you bring it before 9 am, they are affordable and fast and even take requests from you on work that needs to be done, such as replacing buttons cleaning particular stains! They have a;ways taken care o fly expensive clothes with no issues. When they break button they will repair it the next time I come in. I like coming here since they are taking you to the bank each time you drop clothes off. read more

We have been their customers for a long time, I showed my wife's jeans to one of the employees as they were ruined and the employee told me it was not their fault "which clearly was their fault", I asked for the manager and she said he will be back in ten minutes and after 30 minutes he arrives and he already knew of the issue and quickly looked at the jeans and flatly told me it was not their fault in a very rude way and clearly did not care for our business. We will never go to this dry cleaner and also we have informed all of our friends and family not to do business with them.( If he had only told me that they will take a look at it and see if anything can be done I would have given them a benefit of doubt, so if your clothes are ruined you are in for a big surprise) VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND EXTREMELY RUDE!! read more

This dry cleaner ruined my top and my evening dress, and didn't even apologize for it. He just kept looking at me, and then he said this is the best we could do. If you do not know how to clean delicate fabrics just let your customers know, but do not attempt to try and clean something you have no clue how to do it. Unprofessional and rude. read more

I took my shirt, coat and pants to dry clean it. There was little tea spots on my shirt and pants that I already showed her. Next day I come to pick it, but the shirt, pants and coat was dirty the same way has it was before. They only iron it. When I showed her she told me i will wash it again, after two days I come to pick it again, I saw all the spots on my shirt again, when I ask them nicely with a smile(the spots are still there ) The man was very rude and selfish, he told me that I am picky you can go some where els. Finally I wash my shirt at home and the spots gone in a second. After a Few days I told this story to one of my neighbor he told me never go to this place again, this place is using a very strong chemical to make their job easy to remove the spots from clothes. After two or three wash your clothes are gone. After a month again i come here because Of being close to my home to dry clean my shirt. The same thing happen again. After second wash Spot on my shirt, you can see the picture as a prove and the man told me the same thing( if you don't like here go to somewhere els. Even he didn't refund me. Now I have to take it to some where els or wash it by my self as I did before. So please don't waste your time and money. read more

I had a really bad experience with this place and feel the need to warn others. To begin with, they lost my pants. I wasn't happy about this, but I understand that these things happen. What bothers me the most is the way that it was handled. Initially, the owner, Tim, and his wife told me in separate conversations that they would reimburse the cost of my pants (~$30), and for me to send them the website which shows the current cost (the owner's wife even offered to alter the new pants). However, when I later spoke to the owner about replacing the pants, he became defensive and brought up some policy on the back of their receipts that didn't apply to my situation. He refused to pay the amount that he had promised, and proceeded to tell me to wait another week to see if the pants would turn up. After three weeks, and several attempts to call him, I was able to reach him only to have him tell me that I had been wasting his time, and then he promptly hung up on me. To make a long story short, they finally did reimburse me about half the cost of the pants ($17), but needless to say I will never be using their services again because of the rudeness of the owner and the customer service (or complete lack thereof). read more

Avoid this place. Take your business somewhere that actually values your business. They ruined my girlfriends brand new dress and didn't care one bit. Just kept repeating "we're not liable". Refused to pay for the dress and at first wouldn't even refund the cost of the dry cleaning because he said "we cleaned the dress". Finally after arguing with him, got the dry cleaning fee refunded. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND EXTREMELY RUDE. Wouldn't even give a simple apology for what happened. read more
