The first time that I was notified was about 1 week after it overdrew and I received a letter threatening legal action for $22. I called to ask how we could clear it up and she told me in an incredibly agressive tone that I could just "GO TO THE BRANCH". I told her at the moment that was not something she should suggest. 8 Hours later when I finally got out of work I did come in and told them that based on that encounter if I wasn't going to close the account it definitely would have made up my mind.

Regardless of what day of the week it is. One thing I noticed about this location compared to other locations is how friendly they are. No matter who you are or who walks in every customer is greeted with a nice smile and warmth which is awesome. Because in today's times that doesn't always happen. Also the tellers usually are pretty speedy at getting people in and out which is also a plus unlike other locations I've been to. This is definitely one the better locations compared to other 1st Source Banks.

Their facilities are always in top condition. Free chacking, free checks (at least for 50 Advantage), free cashier checks, good hours. They also have great deals for cusiness customers. I have done business with many banks in my life - not one has been as good as Centier.

Customer service only during business hours, so if you have issues with your debit card you will have to wait until Monday morning to sort it out. The only upside is that they do know your name when you stop by the branch or call in to get help. However with most any other modern bank you wouldn't need to have to call in or stop by a branch to get assistance.
