Kim still holds some of our life insurance policies and refuses to transfer to our new family agent. We recently received a phone call on one of the plans being sold to another agent over an hour away! No communication was given to us on this "transfer of policy" to a new agent. If you go with Kim make sure you will never need to adjust ANY offerings that are provided as you'll need to make all the first move for communication.

I was in the process of buying a home and didn't want to cut any corners on the insurance policy for it. I had a few quotes through big box providers. I wasn't content with others level of coverage. Initially I thought I would be paying a lot more to get what I felt was appropriate coverage. I was way wrong. I also thought that you had to pay more to be taken care of and serviced at appropriate times. I was wrong again. Regina quoted me a much higher level of coverage that gave me way more security, she beat every other company in price (she didn't know which companies I was comparing them to), she was professional in every possibly way by walking me through each section of coverage as well as scheduling appropriates times to talk on the phone about it, and she continues to take care of me and my wife way after we finalized the policy. She mentioned about checking out their auto policies too. She was thorough about every detail of our current coverage, gave us options on the quotes, gave us way more coverage that was a better situation for us with way lower risk, and she lowered our monthly payment as well as gave us the option to save even more by paying the policy in full. I had several different styles of policies and she saved us money and gave us way more security on all of them (one with comp/collision, one with property/liability, one with storage, and a motorcycle). I never though I would be this happy with my insurance coverage, the way I am taken care of, and spend way less money doing it. I cannot thank Yoder Insurance enough. I called State Farm initially talked with Kennedy, who then put me in touch with Becky. Both ladies were wonderful to work with and so kind and polite, no matter how many questions I had. They went out of their way to make this change easy for me. So not only do I have lower insurance for my Auto and Home. They were also able to get me lower life insurance. I'm so glad I switched to State Farm and so glad I get to work with such great people. I would recommend them to anyone who's looking for any sort of insurance!

This This is the…read moresecond time in a year and a half that this agency has actually cost me money.. the first time there was no follow thru crediting my account and after 2 month of being charged too much and unfulfilled promises I was only given credit for one month. Several times I have left a message requesting a return call and they just dont seem to ever return a call. I have been on auto pay and on a couple.of occasions in probablly 5 yrs I've ask them to stop the auto pay for that payment and ONE day was sufficient . 6 days ago at 8 am I requested to have them hold the auto payment.. This morning at 3am I receive a notification from my bank that State farm submitted the payment and my account is now over drawn! Called the 24hour service and the agent was super kind and understanding but she wasn't authorized to do anything about it. She said she was sending them a fully detailed message and told them to call me. She said if I didn't hear from them by noon to give them a call.. At 130 pm I still hadn't heard from them so called and spoke to Justine who was rude and indifferent. Her voice was condescending and She told me I didn't request timely altho past requests only required 1 day. She asked if I did not no prior to 6 days ago that I was going to be short this month and I could tell that her by indifference that she would not bother to help the situation. I asked if I could speak to someone in charge and she responded that she was. I am not happy, and totally unsatisfied with the complacent disregard shown to me with my concerns by this office. My family has been with State farm for as long as I can remember.. and have always received stellar treatment.. I am a disabled senior citizen on a limited income. [Social security].
