Pulled a Karen move and requested extra crispy hash browns on all the items. Once ordered, the confirmed pick up time was within the range I had selected. I rolled up a bit early to check this new location out. Super nice, modern building, with ample seating. Having just recently opened, it's still quite busy. Staff was pleasant and cordial. Before i knew it, my ordered arrived. Appreciated that the server reconfirmed I had not ordered drinks. Got home and tore into half of the Moons Over My Hammy and half of the Grand Slamwich. Both were exactly everything as described in the menu. Best part? The crunchy buttery toast! Oh and the hashl browns? Extra crispy as ordered! Sandwich servings are pretty big and next time we'll have to compromise on which to order so we can share one. Overall, one of the nicer, newer, Denny's we've been to. Great to have one in town as they bring their classic diner options we've all come to know and love, expanding the breakfast, lunch and dinner options t Eagle Pass; I can only eat so many tacos, burgers and tortas, Homes.

Let me add, Sergio was one of the best waiters even though service was not quite good he was the only one that was busting his a$$ working every table even if they weren't his.

When visiting Eagle Pass, Choche's BBQ has to be a stop you make. I recently celebrated my birthday…read moreat Choche's and everything was perfect! We started off with the Brisket Nachos which included chips from a local tortilla factory, queso blanco, brisket, and pico de gallo (you can also ask for pico de gallo on side). The chips had the right amount of saltiness and paired with the queso and brisket - it was the perfect appetizer to open the lunch with. For our group, we did get two (2) large nachos but asked to split it into 4 plates (to feed 15). It was more than enough!!! For our main meal, we went with the "El Comp" package which included enough food to feed 8-12 (we were a party of 15). The meal package included: a whole Brisket, a rack of Pork ribs, 4 Chicken leg quarters (which I asked to split to make 8 pieces), 3, 32oz sides (we chose Potato Salad and the Ruffles Mac and Cheese). The brisket was tender, the ribs fell off the bone and the chicken was seasoned perfectly. I personally loved the ribs and brisket - no BBQ sauce needed! Everyone had multiple servings from the divided portions and it hit the spot! The sides were the perfect compliment to the main course and I will always sing the praises of the best Mac and Cheese that features crumbled Ruffles Queso chips (everyone absolutely loved the crunchy and soft textures). Not pictured: Texas Twinkies (brisket and cheese stuffed jalapeños wrapped in bacon and covered in BBQ sauce. They were a good mix of sweet and spicy and also a big hit! In addition to the meal, Choche's has pickles, BBQ sauce, onions and bread slices setup for you to add to your meal. We really enjoyed visiting Choche's BBQ and celebrating my birthday with all the good vibes. On weekends, there may be live music or if a sporting event, it's on the TVs. If you find yourself in EP, stop by Choche's!!

The restaurant stays busy, so there was a short wait for a table. The staff seemed to be on it, getting the tables cleaned and ready for the next customer. Very pleased.

One thing to remember, this restaurant in this small town, just like other restaurants in major cities, are also struggling with staffing and supply chain issues. Another thing, this restaurant is INSIDE A CASINO, so yes, expect a wait. Come with the expectation that you'll have to wait at least 30 minutes. All that being said, we drove about 15 minutes from my Dad's house to IHOP to take him to breakfast. We got there and there was a line. When we finally got to the hostess, she said it'd be a 30 minute wait, which we were fine with (the last time was 30 minutes also). We only ended up waiting about 30 min. PRO TIP: If you wanna go gamble while you wait, you'll be provided with a buzzer to let you know when your table is ready. This is my dad's jam. Being 78, he always finds things he loves (can't pry him away from breakfast items). Who can blame him? And honestly, neither can we - I mean, who doesn't love breakfast? It's a great value and the food is always consistently great. Service has always been outstanding both times even though they've been busy each time.

As soon as we entered the vicinity, my jaw dropped literally because it looked super cute and festive. The place is literally a mini San Miguel, Mexico. Anyhow, we were greeted warmly by the host and eventhough it looked busy we were escorted almost immediately to our table. We were greeted kindly by our server and was handed the menu. They have plenty of interesting drinks and cocktails, appetizers, entree and many Many more on their menu. We finally ordered our drinks and foods and was excited for them. The ambiance of this place were incredible. It has such a clean surroundings and pleasant atmosphere. Our drinks, chips and salsa and entree came with the right amount of wait time and we were ready to explorge. Everything was on point and we had a very appetizing and delicious meal as well as a wonderful time.

I had the fajitas (beef and chicken) this time. They were very good! I really like the 3 dips they bring with chips before the meal. When you come in the door, you see the dessert case and if you're lucky , you might hear the waiter/waitress's sing Happy Birthday to someone.
