When I arrived to pick up my order, I noticed the chips were missing. I politely asked the server about it, and she said she would check. Instead, she returned with the manager. When I asked the manager about the missing chips, her response was unexpectedly rude. She stated that the chips had to be selected during the ordering process and that she could not provide them. The issue for me was not the chips themselves, but the unprofessional and dismissive manner in which the situation was handled. It is disappointing to encounter such poor customer service, especially from a manager. Respectful communication goes a long way, and this interaction did not reflect the level of service I expect from Chili's.

The simple family-owned hotel always has immaculately clean rooms, the employees are personable and friendly, and the beds in the rooms closer to the office (upstairs) are actually more comfortable than the ones at the hotel at the casino! Yes, you read it right, I've even asked where they purchased the mattresses because I would like to purchase one. Yes, they're THAT COMFORTABLE. Bar and Grill - free breakfast "buffet" is included with the stay. It's a simple menu of eggs, beans, bread, cereals, juice and milk and coffee. Simple but DELICIOUS! The salsa is the best part. Yum! I have recommended this hotel to several of my family and friends.
