This store is awesome!! The employees are so very friendly and helpful. The meat is excellent quality and so fresh!! They have just about any type of met you have a hunger for and if they don't have it then, they will surely get it for you! The prices are so very reasonable, and they carry fresh fish, cooked food on the premises, along with fruits & vegetable and cakes and grocery shelf items. They even have great discounts for us seniors on Tuesdys!! Great bargains, great products!! I intentionally make our appointments with our dentist in the area for Tuesdays, just so we can go to this store and shop and shop using the senior discount!! read more

Wow! I'm writing while eating a piece of the most incredible red velvet cake with real cream cheese frosting, so this is WAY more than a meat market. They have meats if every kind, and wild game, sausages, bacon, etc, from small pieces to huge slabs. Loads of fresh produce so we also bought HUGE cantaloupes, sweet potato's, green beans, and onions...must balance out the cake! We will definitely be back. read more

Good and reliable quality, we have tried the beef and pork products. And they are currently selling buckets of gorgeous local strawberries, in season right now. We are at risk from the current virus and called, ordered our meats, called them from their parking lot upon arrival. We went in, our items were at the register, nice plexi shield there. This meat store is the best and only meat store/ butcher shop around. We live in Roebuck,SC,but I have no problem going to Woodruff to purchase meat from this location. The meat is plentiful and always fresh as though the animal was in the back and it was just butchered! They also carry fresh fish products along with exotic meats,like alligator,deer other meats I do not eat,which are stored in a separate freezer. They also have fresh deli meats and cheeses and fresh vegetables and groceries. If you need special treatment or anything special,they accommodate you. The staff is so patient, friendly and helpful. There is even a area where they sell cooked meals,which are reasonably priced and delicious . All the meats are reasonable priced,but I do find that some grocery items are a tad too high,other than that A GREAT Meat store!! read more

Amazing butcher , fresh seafood, produce and homemade cake store in Woodruff. It's like a super size Fresh Market. The store has been open almost a year. It's Is A large clean organized market. They have meats pre- cut or will cut to your specifications. They make their own brats, and sausage. They have appetizers ready to cook. (Jalapeño poppers- bacon wrapped scallops- meatballs). Some cheese. The seafood market is one of the best in the Upstate. Fresh and good prices. Fish- Carolina Shrimp- scallops, crab, oysters (both in shell and shucked) frog legs etc. They receive Fresh shipments on Wednesday and Friday. Their cakes are made in Anderson and you can purchase whole cakes or slices. So many flavors. (Prices for whole cakes @$21/$26) Fresh local produce is also available. I purchased tomatoes and sweet potatoes (grown in NC). There are so many options here and the best prices I have seen in area for a true butcher shop. Check it out- you'll be impressed! read more

This is a eally really nice store! We saw their advertisement on tv and decided to check them out. 32 miles later here we are. :-) The store is a huge metal building, ready for future endeavors. As of this post, they are making way for a Seafood section. Yay! I also appreciate small orders of cut, fresh veggies. All clean, neat and may I say again, fresh! The staff are very friendly and obviously proud of their store. We have been searching all our local stores for Beef Ribs. You know...the kind we had when we were kids, to no avail. Why not? Oh well. Found this meat market on yelp so had to check it out. WOW, very clean and very well stocked. Meat, veggies you name it. Awesome butcher (from Germany) and she makes some crazy delicious meat. Super friendly and just loves her job. She makes stuffed pork loin wrapped in bacon, homemade bratwurst, crab cakes you name it...walked in for burger and came out with 3 bags and 15 items. Not to mention the drive to Woodruff is beautiful with little traffic. A MUST VISIT if you are BBQ Master such as myself...LOL read more

This is my go to meat market for fish fry's. We purchase cases of fish, shrimp and mussels. I buy a variety of items here. The owner is very nice and accommodating. I have not tried the cakes because I like my own but I hear they are worth a try. read more

I have shopped here several times and the meat has been good. The lay out of the store not so good....you end up doing a lot of back tracking. I would have given you a better star except I brought a cake there the Saturday before Easter and was so DISAPPOINTED in it. I paid $18.00 for the cake and threw over half of it away because it was so DRY. You really should make sure EVERYTHING is fresh not just your meat. A wonderful place is all I can say..the staff is super friendly..including the meat cutters..they will cut anything for you exactly how you want it. They sell everything..I mean even hard to find things..they sell beef, pork, chicken (they even sell chicken sausage), wild game ( rabbit, elk, ostrich,boar, alligator,deer,squirrel, etc..) fresh seafood( a variety of fish, scallops, crab cakes, crawfish, snow crab legs, jumbo snow crab legs, king crab legs, jumbo king crab legs..) they sell things like pickled pig feet, pickled sausage and pickled pig feet..and even my pops favorite..pig brains..they justt expanded to a full grocery store a few months back so they sell everything just about that you can get at the food lion down the street..the prices on the meat are unbeatable, and the quality is too..there is no packing the good meat that looks great on the top and putting the ugly stuff on the bottom here like most grocery store do..they sell vegetables, hot foods, tea and even sell some cakes are so good..try the Italian cream cake..it's the best.,I love in Spartanburg and make tge trip down to woodruff just to go to this place for my meats..oh yeah and they sell a lot of seasonings as well..if it's a seasoning you looking for I am quite sure they have it..if you ever in the area check this place out, promise you will want to go back!! read more

I asked for a specific cut if meat and I was told they did not have it in stock but they could order it for me if I liked. Now that's great service.
