They arrived exactly on time and offered some great recommendations on how to groom our long haired cat and also agreed to put soft paws on him while they had him. I understand that the driver was trying to leave the garage door accessible, but had he talked to the person in the house, he would have learned that only the one half of the garage was being used, and that the gravel would disappear within a day after being placed. Yes, he did try to call one of us at work, but given that I was at work. And in the meeting, ringing the doorbell would have been the next best choice, but for some reason, it never happened and he simply dumped it. Ruining our side bed and our plants.
