This place is absolutely horrible! I have been going here for a while now and I even signed up for the top tier monthly subscription plan. The car wash itself is mediocre at best. They missed a lot of spots inside and most of the time still dirty in the cup holders and such. Until today they have always been very nice to deal with. I didn't mind the missed spots so much as I can go as often as I like with the monthly plan. Most times I went there to get the pollen off. Today they damaged the bottom side of my car on their tracks. Deep scratches. I talked to one of the managers I see there almost everytime I come in. He immediately started acting hostile to me saying things like, "I know when I see someone looking to get free money" and "you are full of shit it happened here" and "I have seen that damage on your car before". Mind you I have been coming here for atleast the last 6 months straight almost once every week. I went back and forth with him and he brought me into the car was tunnel to show me there are guards to prevent that, while still treating me like the scum of the earth even though I have been chatting with him for over 6 months. They have guards for most of the way in the tunnel except for the beginning and the ending parts. He would not admit the damaged happened there. I told him I have to go grab my kids from the bus stop and I will be back. He told me, "Ya go get your kids, go get your kids, get out of here." I left picked up my kids and set them up at home with my wife and then I returned to the car wash. I went inside and spoke with the cashier that I need to speak to the manager. She went to go get him. I had to repeatedly ask her to get him because he didn't show up. I waited almost 25 minutes and he still refused to come out. I told the cashier I want to cancel my monthly plan. She had difficulty doing the task going back and forth to the back to ask the manager questions. When I pressed as to if it was canceled he finally came out. He was a different person acting all surprised I wanted to cancel and tried to say are you sure buddy? At which point I informed him of the way he treated me after his establishment damaged my car, that I absolutely want it canceled. Then acting all down he canceled my plan. I wish I read these reviews before going to this car wash.. I paid $26 dollars and my car barely looks clean. It seems the just ran it through the wash and that's it. I called because my wheels are filthy and they said to come back but not the next day because they'll be closed for rain. It was more of an inconvenience for me to go back so I'm still left with dirty tires. Not only did they do a terrible job cleaning the car but the girl on the register came outside and was smoking a cigarette right next to me on a bench as I was waiting. I am canceling my monthly membership!! I have been going to this car wash for about 4 years now and it has gone downhill tremendously, especially over the past year. The employees are very lazy. They don't clean and dry the car like they should. I always bring my own towel and end up drying the car myself and cleaning the windows when I get home. I am so annoyed/disappointed and grossed out - I paid for the Gold wash and the inside of my car looks like nothing was done - not one door pocket or the center console were wiped down - the dashboard looks like a dirty towel was dragged over it and my 4 year old who was with me pointed out the dirt on the mats - that I paid extra to have cleaned. Stay away!!! the Manager who meets you as you drive in is the most uncourteous person, no manners, nasty and did not vacuum the interior at all. Is it worth $21? you can go up the road near Costo in Hazlet for $8 and get a much better car wash. The manager's responsibility is to ensure that the car is ready to go in the washing housing, well unfortunately he did not check that the wipers were turned on, so the arms got damaged. Took my daughters older model BMW to get a full service wash $14.99. Went inside to pay, then came out, put $1.00 in the tip box... and waited...and for a moment I wondered where my car was, I looked in the wash tunnel and it was empty. Finally my car comes out, and they start wiping it down, and then pull further and right away I notice my drivers side rear taillight cover is gone... off. All I see is the silver chrome light housing and the bulbs... I ask the young girl car dryer "hey, where's my taillight?" she exclaims WOW! look, its knocked off and its still in the wash tunnel on the floor. I bring it inside to the manager and he walks me outside to the car and proceeds to tell me that its an old car, the light just fell off, its not his fault, the drying wind blower must have knocked it off, then his entire staff of goons proceed to bully me, bump me... yes... physically bump me, call me every name in the book, while I called the Bricktown police. The manager screamed in my face, told me to GTFOH and basically acted like a street punk, not a business man. Would not take ANY responsibility for damaging my light at all... not even a POSSIBILITY of fault. . As an owner of 5 cars since 1975, I've been to literally dozens of car washes over the years from Philly to Brooklyn. It doesn't get much worse than Country Sudser Car Wash in Bricktown.. . When the police showed up, I thanked them for coming, and told them it was not so much about a cheap plastic taillight than it was about respect and a conscientious way to treat customers... . BTW, the manager asked me if this was my first time at "Country Sudser" inferring that I was some type of new person to the area. No my friend, I've been living in Brick since 1992 and have been to this car wash many times BEFORE and after he even took ownership. . You can take your chances going to this car wash but I can GUARANTEE you 2 things: . 1: Your car will not be clean after you pay; you will end up re-doing it when you get home, this I promise you. 2: If they damage your car, they will hear nothing of it, in fact, the owner and his goons will call you a liar to your face. . Used them today 11/14, last time I'll be going there. They do such a half assed job drying the car it still has streaks from the rinse, the guy let the drying towel fall into a puddle then immediately use it to continue drying the car and missed a lot of spots while drying. And the windows, forget those, could barely see through the streaks to get home to do the job right. Forget this place, save your money and go elsewhere. read more

I couldn't agree more with a previous reviewer - this place has gone downhill to the point of me never wanting to return. Despite both my cars being old, they're actually in fairly decent shape. How do I keep them clean without breaking the bank? I wash them myself, usually at self-service car washes. Now, I had been coming here for years, and I noticed that with every consecutive year the machines would break more frequently, my cars would come out looking fairly dirty still, and I'd leave somewhat disgruntled knowing that I'd spent nearly $9 to wash my car *myself*, and have it come out looking mediocre. The problems I've seen are that there's simply no upkeep on the equipment here. I've had soap wands not emit soap, "high pressure" sprayers that had broken triggers and wouldn't allow for more than garden hose pressures, dirty oily hoses that left black marks all over my car, and even a change machine that decided to eat a $5 bill and give me nothing in return. TWICE. The kicker is that the second time it happened, the woman behind the counter barely spoke English, and tried to accuse me of taking the change and trying to act as if I hadn't. Excuse me? After nearly losing my temper, she finally went into the back and came back with my change, saying it had fallen behind the machine - the same problem that happened the last time. I don't like being called a liar, so this was the last straw. Save your money and go to a different car wash - there's a ton in town. read more

SCAM! Let me start by saying that I have filed a BBB complaint. I went to this carwash and "service" center a few times. The car wash is a joke, car left filthy with the inside barely touched. The service center broke my air filter and did not replace it, and replaced my oil with what was essentially water. My car actually started malfunctioning as a result of the service done here. I had to bring my car (actually have it towed) to the dealer and they were appalled at what this dump did to my car. Worst ever! There was one guy who was jumping in the cars slamming on the gas and then jamming on the brakes as he drove the cars to the conveyer . The car in front of me happen to be a newer oversized pick up truck. They didn't get it on the track the correct way and they were pushing it until it went on Then he proceeded to take a sign that was sitting on the side and threw it across the pavement. I've been going to this location for a car wash for the better part of 20 years, regardless of what the name was. The service has been going downhill, but now is at an all-time low. The dryers never seem to know what extras you've bought, so pay close attention that you get what you pay for and walk around your car when done - they could care less if the dirt came off or not. I've been yelled at for not moving a car that wasn't mine and when you get in your car on a hot summer day, the smell the workers left can make you loose your appetite. The final straw though was for the second time in two years they broke an air vent when they wiped down the interior. The whole assembly has to be replaced - over $200. There never seems to be an English speaking supervisor on site, so when I complained, I left my phone number and problem, but never got a return call. Never again. read more

Love love love. Got a full service and worked out beautifully. They clean what they're supposed to I simply asked the guys why they don't wipe down my seats which are leather they said it's considered a detail job I'm like darn it they proceeded to say I'll do them for you really quick no problem and they did I love it. Read the signs people it's an in and out wash you take what at least 20 minutes yourself why ? Attention to detail they do the basic things like floor cup holder and dash that's what you pay for and window. Stop your complaining you know details are so expensive so to pay less than 20 and have it done quickly that's what it is. As far as platinum only extras you get on the inside are mats and wheels on the outside along with several waxes. They put hundreds of cars through day you can't expect a 5 minute detail because that's not what you pay for you pay for convenience of not having to do the basics yourself. WORST CAR WASH EVER! I paid for the "Platinum Package," which allegedly includes a thorough interior and exterior cleaning. The inside of my car was not cleaned at all! The dashboard and console were still dusty, the mirror was dirty, and there was still sand on the floor. Even worse, the front and rear windshields came out with a smudgy film on them, presumably because they used dirty cloths. (Think squeegee guys outside the Lincoln Tunnel.) When I expressed confusion about the dirty interior, despite paying for "Platinum," the staff was rude and no one seemed to know whether I received the correct service. I'm fairly certain they deliver the same service, or lack thereof, regardless of the package purchased. Tony, the manager, barked at me, saying they were understaffed, then climbed into my car to wipe it down with another dirty rag, WITH A CIGARETTE HANGING OUT OF HIS MOUTH!!!! Avoid this place. Took my new 2018 Dodge Truck there with 429 miles on it, They scratched it all up and left grease smudges (you can tell from the pictures that it is from a coat) on my new truck. Guy said it didnt happen there.. You could tell by the look on his face that they did it, but didnt want to take responsibility for the damage. I have an SUV, I paid for "The Works" which is almost $27.00. The windows look like shit, but what what blows my mind is when I opened the hatch back .... Nothing was ever touched! I called to speak to the manager. The man who answered the phone handed the phone to a women with a heavy accent. I asked to speak to the manager two more times. The women hands the phone back to the man who originally answered the phone who was the manager. I asked if "The Works" included vacuuming? He replied yes. So why am I looking at the back of my car and can clear see it was not vacuumed? I asked. He said the was extra and I would need to let the staff know I needed the back vacuumed. read more

TERRIBLE self service booths!!! I just went there to wash my truck and the soap brush completely SCRATCHED up my side of my truck!! It looks like they do not maintain there brushes! I only gave this place 1 star because you have to give it something. I went there with my car to be washed. They put it through the car washer and dried my car off. I get in and get home and noticed there were scratch marks all over the passenger side that were never there before. I call to say something and the manager just says well its your word against mine. So I have pics of my car before today with none of those scratches then today with brand new scratches and some completely to the metal. After the manager acted as though his shit doesn't stink and basically told me that I'm lying, I filed a complaint with the BBB. Today I stopped on for a simply conventional oil change for $35. First they insisted there was a problem with my engine....when I alerted them I was going to my mechanic this week the popped the hood and and without stepping forward the manager announcer to the young teen who was looking at my truck " no problem here" I went to the lobby as instructed for about 3.5 mins Macs before manager came back and refused to perform oil change claiming" that truck has the worse gas tank leak I've ever seen. Any moment a spark could ignite the gasoline vapor and god help you if your driving it" he went on to inform me he would do the oil Chang half off if I paid to have gas tank replaced....he was even kind enough to show me the OIL LEAK!!!!.....NOT GAS( as he claimed) BUT CLEARLY OIL!!! Was leaking upon bringing it to my mechanic ( despite being told my truck would " explode" if I drove it...plz note my regular mech is old and perphers not to do oil changes or I wouldn't have been there to start with) I was informed the real problem was a leak in a hose in the rear and I ( so small in fact there's no rush) he will be fixing it Friday and as far as this establishment of con artists I will never return even if I brake down in front of them...I advise anyone who values honesty and/or works for a living to stay far away from these crooks plz not I am giving 1 star as negative 5 is not an options read more
