They are the best car wash at the shore. John is top notch for customer service. I highly recommend.

On the surface you'd think this place would be ideal but after joining their unlimited monthly membership, I soon realized it wasn't all they promised. All was fine for a few weeks- no change in cars.... Suddenly, without explanation, a worker appears at my window and insists that the new policy is to remove all hitches from trucks and SUVs. Interesting because I had been through this thing numerous times as well as other car washes and in fact, my family also owned one years ago and this has never been an issue. Additionally, my hitch has a lock on it so there's no way it was going anywhere. no one offered to replace it after they took it off and there was no way for me to leave the line and abandoned the errand that morning. Fast-forward a few days later and I try to get my car washed during early business hours and it's closed. I try again later that day again during business hours and again it's closed. I guess the idea is to take your credit card and charge it but not to provide the service. Final comment, it's a tight squeeze when you come out and you try to get your vehicle set up near a vacuum. People plop themselves down right where the bay lets out the cars. PS: The owner and his wife also own HARRIGANS PUB and let's just say neither one is especially friendly or place much of an emphasis on customer service. I'd suggest PJs on 35 in Wall. That's where I'm taking my business now. Bc after trying to talk to the owner about my beef, I could tell he was totally checked out. read more

Got charged $45 for a wash and it wasn't even a decent wash. I left with streaks down my tailgate. I will never return to this car wash. I also called and left a message trying to figure out why I was charged so much and no one has yet to call me back. I'd like to give them less than 1 star read more

I have gone to this car wash for years. Usually very reputable , good service , clean facility and friendly ownership/management. The last time I went I was ushered into the car wash by a young man that was not paying great attention , while in the wash I heard my tires squeaking against the side barriers .. sure enough I got a flat tire with a slit in the side of 3 weeks old pirelli tires . So top if the mine tires . Went to see owner today and this is what he said "we never have any problems, we have top of the line equipment and work on high end cars ". Completely dismissing what happened to my car. There's no doubt it was damaged in the wash and there's no doubt I would never go back to this irresponsible company.. he just blew me off completely.. read more

favorite car wash around ! i've been coming here to get my boyfriends car washed recently and they are so good and nice. the man who hands out the pass when you pay (John) is very nice. he helped us know more information about the membership program. and was just a very nice man. he definitely deserves a raise he seemed to know so much and was very informative. i especially like going here because you get 3.5 minutes FREE on the vacuum. which is great. definitely go here if your looking to get your car wash!!! read more

Be careful with this business. They asked me to join their monthly carwash club when i was paying to get my car washed. I was apprehensive giving them my credit card, but went forward and purchased the membership. I went back once to get my car washed but decided it wasn't worth it to pay the monthly fee. I also didn't feel confident with the accounting process and giving them my credit card information. I decided to cancel my membership long before the renewal date of 12/30/23. Even after multiple emails, they never responded and sure enough, they charged my card again! I have zero trust with this establishment. I will be disputing this transaction and registering a complaint with Visa. NEVER ENTRUST YOUR CREDIT CARD WITH THIS COMPANY. read more

This is the best car wash in the area, and I've tried most of them. I drive Rideshare and always get compliment on how clean inside and out my car is. The whole staff is friendly and very helpful, especially Riccardo. It is self dry and vaccuum but I' m really fussy and don't want a lousy rush job. I own and operate a local business with a couple of vans and a pickup truck so I come here frequently. The renovations look great, the staff is friendly and efficient, the owner is on site often, all the equipment is new (even the vacuums) and, last but not least, my truck and work vans come out clean. It is NOT full service but it is the best of its kind in the area. It works for me. Hint. If you are picky like me - I bring a couple of towels to dry my truck when done! read more

Ocean Express Car wash is a huge upgrade from the previous tenants. The place is clean and spotless as it was completely renovated in 2018. The basic car wash will run $6.00 with a free self service vacuum and they give you the option to join the monthly unlimited club starting at $15.99. They are the best local car wash if you are particular about keeping your car(s) clean. read more

How do you go wrong for 7 dollars and they give you a free token for a 31/2 minute Vacuum Cleaning. The staff was great and helped set the car wash up on the machine ( for me )and power washed first. A great deal. You will be very happy and I'm particular. read more

Save yourself the $9 and drive through a sprinkler. I think my car came out dirtier. Only half the vacuums work and the tubes are so short making it difficult to clean your cars interior. The young kid working there duct taped my back wiper and stuck the tape to both my window and the paint leaving a sticky residue on my very new car. No one towel dries at all so expect watermarks. Head to PJ car wash in Spring Lake, it's worth the short drive. It's a shame, the place has a wonderful location but I won't return due to my very unsatisfactory experience. read more

I used to come here prior to the renovations and alway got a decent wash so I thought I'd give the new place a shot. I paid $12 and received the best wash I ever got at a car wash and I'm very picky. The wheels came out perfect and that almost never happens with automated washes. Looks like they spent a lot of time and effort to do things correctly and the results show. It's a little far for me go but worth the trip because none of the places by me compare. Try this place you won't be disappointed. read more

I live in Point Pleasant Beach and use this car wash every other week. The owners/operators are not friends of mine. Looking at the current Yelp reviews I just wanted to share that the owners renovated / upgraded their facility and equipment in the summer of 2018. The new equipment does a great job. The basic wash is $6 and that includes a free self clean vacuum coin. If you haven't tried this car wash lately, I recommend you do. read more
