My tire went flat on 75 North of Nebraska City. AAA dispatched Zach with Benefiel. I have never had a rental go flat on a dark highway late at night. Zach called me immediately after being dispatched and gave me precise times he would be there. The rental needed a special lug wrench which they didn't have with the tire and sent us to Eppley Airfield. The agent at Budget was horrible and took an hour to get me a replacement car. Zach stayed with me until I was safely on my way and then transported the car with the flat to a different lot for repair. It was almost 1 am when he left and I got my new car. Zach loves his work and it's such a pleasure to deal with a gentlemen, a professional and a family business who values each and every customer! Thank you for keeping me safe and making me feel comfortable with the whole situation. It couldn't have gone any better!
