They were professional and communicative throughout the entire process. They arrived perfectly on time, were careful with our car, and were personable and nice in person also. I USED to have almost all my car work done here when it was Dick Deans because they guys who owned and operated it were honest with money and work that was needed. I had wheel bearings replaced and they recommended work on all 4 wheels. I paid and drove away. About a month later I felt bouncing in my front tire. After having work done on that wheel I thought I was just driving too fast for the curves on the interstate...... But then while on the interstate it started again. I took my car to Costco because had bought the tires there and they will rebalance any tire they have sold. They told me to be VERY careful and get the car worked on ASAP, not going over 50+ mph. I did and it was confirmed that the bushings were shot. Two separate mechanics confirmed this should have been obvious. Not to mention the VERY LARGE BILL They had this wheel off and saw nothing. I or anyone else driving the car could have been hurt or killed for this negligence.

They should tell you before they start so you can bring cash or a checkbook. Yes, I still use both of those. I called to say I arrived and was told to park. Someone would be out soon. Jerry came out and sat in the passenger seat. He started asking questions after I gave a description of the noise. He explained what he thought it was, and that it wasn't dangerous or harmful to drive. Then he walked around and looked at all the brakes which he said still looked new. He gave me a reasonable price to stop the noise if it was really bothersome, but said his car did it too, and it wasn't a problem. No pressure, no "man 'splaining", just a clear description and solution if I wanted. Knowledgeable and great customer service.

We brought our minivan in to have the air conditioning repaired. The first repair was quoted at approximately $1,000. The AC worked for only about a week before failing again. We returned, and they diagnosed a different issue and charged an additional $1,300. Again, the repair lasted only about a week. Now they are telling us there is a third, different problem that will cost another $3,300 to repair. Had we been accurately informed from the beginning that repairing the AC could ultimately cost more than $5,000, we never would have authorized the initial repairs. Despite two unsuccessful repair attempts and thousands of dollars spent, the original problem remains unresolved. We asked them to consider a refund or other resolution, but they declined. To make matters worse, because our van was unusable, we had to rent another vehicle for an out-of-state family reunion, adding even more unexpected expense. I understand that diagnosing automotive problems can be difficult, but I expect a repair shop to stand behind its work and work toward a fair resolution when repeated diagnoses and repairs fail to fix the problem.
