Most independent repair shops charge between $80-$90 per hour in Omaha and most dealerships charge between $80-$125. Mark up on parts has been consistently higher than quoted averages from others as well, which I have experienced with tires too. This place has been going down hill especially after they were bought out. I used to take all three of my vehicles here and won't go back. I used to pay the overpriced services because of convenience but that isn't even an option anymore. Not impressed. Paid for a car wash here after getting $45.00 worth of gas. Nearly the entire back window and hatchback of my vehicle were untouched and still quite dirty after the wash was over. I understand that things happen sometimes, so I very politely went inside and asked the clerk for a refund of my $6.00 so I could just grab a wash someplace else. She looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language, then called to the back for a manager. A man dressed in mechanic attire came out. I explained that my vehicle was not clean and I showed him all of the dirt left behind. This man actually stated "That happens sometimes, but the rest of it looks ok", and offered me no refund. I told the man that I did not pay for a wash so that I could then go home and re-wash my vehicle. He gave me a dirty look and reluctantly had the cashier give me back my $6.00. The mechanic acted like I knew nothing, and treated my $6.00 like it was his own life savings, as if I should be ok with paying for a terrible service. I have been to other Bucky's stations, and they are much better, but I will not go back to this location. This was not my issue, but one they may want to address: For being in such a prime location it is surprising that they have the smallest and most outdated inside of any gas station I have been to in years. Nice little gas station/service center tucked off of Dodge. While I've never had my car worked on here, I'd assume they are just a fast and professional as their sister location at 50th and Dodge. The best part of this gas station is its convenient location. You can get in, gas up, spin through the car wash and be zooming down Dodge again in a matter of minutes. read more

One of the only few stations that still check your fluids, vacuum out your car and full the tank while you wait service. All around great has station with friendly service! I've had my car repaired here twice and both times I experienced awesome service with no worries if they were going to screw me on labor. Not a good experience. I was already having a bad day with Nissan of Omaha not giving me an oil change ...so I decided to try a smaller shop but this was not good either . I called in advance to ask if they had time to do an oil change this evening ...said yes. I went ...awkward situation because there is no waiting room. They just pulled up a folding chair by the cash register guy in their small convenience store . They confirmed it would be a $98 synthetic oil change...YIKES. But i did not feel like arguing the price . So I sat there for over an hour ...then out comes a younger guy & asked what I needed help with. Ummm...I thought you knew....did you look at the paper the other guy wrote on saying OIL CHANGE? He said that there was some confusion with his manager & that they don't have time for an oil change. So somewhere along the way, no one communicated to each other about my car service needs. If you didn't have time for me, tell me from the start so I am not sitting there in the later evening for over an hour in your small convenience store with people from the street coming in (some very shady characters) . Today has not been my day at all...unbelievable that I couldn't get an oil change from 2 different places in the same day. read more

Lifesavers! Husband and I were driving cross country and were about to set off on a 13 hour drive for the day when we noticed the alternator went out. Luckily, the shop was able to take us that same morning, super quick, and let us bring our own alternator from advanced auto. It was a little pricey ($130 for max a half hour of work) but it only set us back 2 hours and we were able to make it to our final destination that night. I have lived near this station for most my life. My father is a faithful customer to this place. I am disappointed!!!! when first freeze came my tires where low so I went to location to get them filled. The gentleman that first greeted me was rude like your gonna have to wait. I was okay take time no worries disregarding his attitude. Then a different gentleman air up my tires gave him a tip for doing so and was on my way. Then today 12/09/21 my tires are low again so I go back and come to find out my tires where over filled. my back tire was 49 suppose to be 35 on all of them. Also my other back tire was at 39 and front was at 28. Now front ones okay it's cold lost air.... but back ones does air increase and I don't know? Maybe still to be determined....so I go to figure out and guy comes out and I ask for help he says they are suppose to be 35 and do this blah blah. I was like sir could u help me he walked away. Mind u the station wasn't busy only person seen working was Bob in the garage. No one getting gas no one inside etc... so here is my deal with them do you do things like that because you was hoping there would be a blowout? only the guy knows....so my point is when someone comes to your station and asks for help .....Help them it doesn't take a lot to be a good human and besides the fact it's your job....Thumbs Down friends read more

For second time, I called them and they did a good job saving my nearly new tire.
