My pup is very well taken care of here which puts my mind at complete ease. The staff are very knoweldgable, kind hearted, very hardworking and have a clear passion and love for animals. I love the vast set up of the kennel. There is huge indoor play area with couches for when the weather doesnt always coperte. There is also a large beutiful outdoor area as well. The kennels for the pups to sleep are inside. The kennels are spacious and extras are given for comfort. Sending my pup to kendell kennels I know he will get plenty of time to interact with other dogs safely. He even sneaks plenty of pets from the staff which he loves. He even is often a movie star as they video snipits of activities inside or outside. This is truly safe, affordible and wonderful home away from home for your pets. Also, most of the work is done in the open and the dogs can move freely when they're not being groomed, except the bathing. Recently they added a dog daycare too. My dog has sensitive skin so they give her a medicated shampoo. She also needs regular grooming because she's a non-shedding breed (Airedale Terrier -- W00T terriers!). The prices are on par with other groomers, but they have a regular visit plan which is a great savings. My dog comes out looking and smelling great, and she's calm, which is a marked change from other groomers who crate the poochies when they're not being groomed. Also, Barks N Bubbles has a lovely pet boutique with lots of yummy doggie treats, leashes, food, and even costumes!

Well I had a run in with her at a restaurant next door to her business. It was definitely AFTER business hours and didn't think it would be an issue . Well wrong I was !.... The owner came into the restaurant and barked at a server ( as if she would know anyone might be parked in her parking area)....." is one of you customers with a 4x4 truck parked in my lot?" .... I said to her it's me , I'm grabbing food to go" " I WILL HAVE YOU TOWED !"..... ....no problem, I'll move it.., so I did. Obviously she never realized I was a customer for hers.... WAS !!!!! I will never return to Barks n Bubblea again. SHE HAS LOST A CUSTOMER! Ps, the server also mentioned to me how rude she was . Seeeeeyaaaaaa!!!

Not only did Carla leave 3+ hours earlier than was agreed upon, not only did she give me less than 24 hours notice that she was refusing to do the dog walk (it was too "cold" and it was her never-before-heard-of policy for the "safety of the dogs"), not only did she fed the food I'd pre-prepared to the wrong cats, not only did she leave dirty dishes she'd used for me to wash, Carla walked (she agreed to do it after I told her how mad I was) my two small, shorthair dachshunds in -22 weather WITHOUT THEIR WINTER SWEATERS. I'd made a point of showing her where the sweaters were kept and which belonged to which dog not 4 days prior and she simply ignored my instructions and put my two little dogs health and safety at risk. I was absolutely appalled by how Carla cared for my pets and the excuses she made to "explain" her terrible service. I wouldn't let her look after a dead goldfish, much less animals I loved.
