Some time went by, the invoice came in the mail and before cutting a check I walked the property. I noticed a few spots I wasn't completely happy with and let Marc know via email at 6:30am this morning. At 8am there was a crew in my yard touching up the spots that I mentioned in my email. He had the problem addressed before I even had the chance to check my email again. I should also mention that we've lived at this property for years and have gone through a few companies. Some were good but over priced, some were competitively priced but were lacking in quality and/or customer service. Prestige is not only good, they are priced right and extremely responsive. I called NJ Home Maintenance and scheduled an appointment for an appointment. A few short days later they arrived at the house for the estimate. They dropped off a few samples along with an explanation sheet explaining the benefits of each. I was rather surprised by the price which I consider to be more than fair. I hired them on the spot and could not be more pleased. The work performed, punctuality and communication were all without parallel. The original estimate was simple and they are very quick to schedule you and give you an estimated time frame (weather dependent). Overall, they did a great job. I will say, they are a bit on the pricey side compared to other companies in the area. We had gotten an estimate for some powerwashing/roof cleaning and their quote came in the highest so we unfortunately didn't use them for that service. However, they do a fantastic job. I'm sure the quality of their work is there. We just didn't to spend so much money at the time. They also take credit cards which is a plus!

I'm pretty sure I've been scammed…read more I've had 2 paver jobs completed by Trevor's Landscaping and trusted them to install a pergola that Trevor upsold me throughout the process. The first paver job was a few years ago and, for the most part, it went well. My 2 issues with the 1st job were: 1) they didn't remove enough of the dirt from my property which increased the slope of my yard and 2) I had issues with the gaps in the polymeric sand within the 1st year, allegedly due to rain runoff from the deck above. Trevor is a great salesman. He is very responsive and charismatic while trying to secure the job and the deposit, but it goes downhill from there. Communication over the past few months have significantly declined as I wait for his crew to repair the grass damaged by their equipment, install the pergola I paid for in full 7.5 months ago, and install the paver sealer. I'm at the point where I've sent them an email requesting a refund or I will pursue legal action (a first for me - check out my other reviews to get sense of how I treat businesses). I consider myself to a reasonable, patient consumer and love to see small business succeed, but this is getting ridiculous.
