What I learned astounds and saddens me, since if I could learn it, it means that the people in that office (who are also, literally, pedalling crystal balls and essential oils....one should NOT pay $100K for any of that when we can and have tried, out of desperation, that stuff on our own). He is WAY BEHIND in the most current science on neurodegenerative disorders, Lyme, Mold, and all others. He won't listen to people's past experiences and will often prescribe exactly what they couldn't take. There is no appreciation of limits, constitutional difference, or mast cell disorder. The doctor himself, is in a chronically manic state, he really needs to retire. For those who got better here, they could have done it elsewhere for less money. There is nothing special about his supposedly "proprietary" methods. Pretty much everywhere I went after was using that and more, more of gentle. This man destroys lives. Literally. From…read morethe time I called to get information from the front desk, to check on the authorization and referral for the Botox and now the Billing. It seems that the ladies at the front desk, alone with the ones in the back ( the one that's in charge of the authorization and referrals and Sam that's in the Billing Department are giving out conflicting information. Each time I called to check on the authorization for the Botox I was given a different answer. I didn't get that straight until I called my insurance and they called over to the office. Now I received a bill for $262.30 that I wasn't prepared for. I called the office today, Sam told me when I asked what was this she replied and I quote that's what you owe your potion. Your insurance paid their part again and I quote. I asked why I wasn't told ahead of time about this copayment? She said that the front desk should've told me that I had a copayment. I replied they didn't. My ins called because they couldn't find the bill they found out it was under the nurse practitioners name. Sam said the front desk should've told me the front desk said no we don't give you that information Billing does and I quote. Dr Patel this is very dysfunctional the way they're running the front of the office. Had I known that I had to pay 20% I never would've agreed to get the Botox injections. Now I'm walking around with a lifted eyebrow due to the Botox after I did my research and how am I going to get this fixed now that I don't plan to get anymore treatments because I can't pay for them? I am truly sickened and disappointed over this. This has nothing to do with the care that you render. I'm very satisfied with that. This star rating only refers to Dr Patel, his nurse and his nurse practitioner.

After an accident at home (window coming loose and falling shoulder/neck area damaging cranial…read morenerves at the brain stem, I developed an incredibly rare brain condition called glossopharyngeal neuralgia or also known as vago-glossopharyngeal neuralgia. Similar to trigeminal neuralgia, yet much rarer. After months of testing and different doctors, no one knew the cause I couldn't speak, eat, and many more symptoms including syncope. When we finally found out the most likely answer, I needed a neurosurgeon desperately and urgently. Unfortunately, it's so rare where I was even turned down by neurosurgery experts, since they don't have experience in.. until I was blessed enough then and saw Dr. Sincoff. After "torture" for months and pain I never knew existed, Dr. Sincoff operated on me and gave me my life back. His team were also incredible in every way imaginable and they all remain so. I will end this by saying I am forever in debt to Dr. Sincoff and his team.
