Billing…read moreagent at the practice told me that she couldn't see where they had sent me any previous emails either. So I paid that bill with a different credit card than the one on file. I thought at that point it was over. Nope a few days later they charge me again on the previous credit card that I had used. Without authorization. The billing department has both people out now so I can't even talk to anyone about the issue. Now, while waiting for one of them to get back in the office... I just received another email saying my payment is due. Be very careful with billing this practice has issues with it.

His entire staff worked together efficiently to keep patience, patients efficiently moving through the process while still maintaining an excellent level of care. Dr. Venezia and his staff took care of all of my concerns. When I walked out the door my surgery was scheduled as well as my follow up visits after the surgery in October!
