His name was written on a plaque that hung outside door number 4. The stainless steel table had a thick plush mat for my baby to sit on so he wasn't cold. The facility was exceptionally clean inside and out. The staff and Tanner's doctor was kind and caring. For these reasons I will refer people to take their pets there.

This means that many groomers are not willing to take him on since he can't stand on his own. But he's used to being groomed and the groomer where I used to live always told me that he was sweet and well-behaved. Samantha was just wonderful with him today. I was very nervous because of terrible experiences with other groomers in the area that I had tried. But Samantha was very patient and listened attentively to all my concerns. She was ready to take him when I walked in and he was ready to go at the exact time she told me he would be ready. Pricing was in line with what other's have charged. Safe to say it must be their personal touch. He is a Portuguese Water Dog (so have to groom every 8-10 weeks) and he always comes back looking great. Very receptive to tweaks when we decided we liked his ear fur shorter and head less round. and now as a repeat customer, they know exactly what we want which is super helpful so either me or my husband can do the drop offs without having to attempt to describe what he should look like instead of the overgrown fluff ball standing in front of them.

Brillant! She was so gentle and sweet with our 11yo Golden Retriever. He took to her immediately, and actually seemed happy to be being cleaned. We have our three dogs groomed here every quarter and love the outcome and price. They remember what we like having done on our dogs and are quick to recommend any changes due to the weather. The groomers and front staff really seem to enjoy their jobs and working with the dogs. Even when they appear busy, they still manage to have our three dogs ready within 3-4 hours after drop off and always call 30 mins before they are ready, allowing us the perfect amount of time to drive out there to pick them up! They also allow us to tip their workers via credit/debit, saving us a trip to the ATM!
