I have 5 critters, all were eating rx food ($$$). A good vet is important to us. We've had a few recent issues with the clinic, here's the 2 biggies. I called to make a neutering appt, told to wait 2 months for kitten to be 6 months old. Ok. Then called to confirm only to find the appointment wasn't on the books!!!!! Then told b/c they're busy, it'd be another 2 months. I took kitten somewhere else. That was frustrating, but here's the straw that broke the camel's back. For about 9 years we've spent over $200 a month there just on food. We switched food for our brood, but I had one $50 bag left. I called to make sure I could return it before making the 40 min journey. They said "yes". So drove in, the person who "approves" returns wasn't there, so left the bag & they'd credit my account. We've always been told we can return food if unopened. But... even though the bag was unopened & 2 months from expiration, the owner said they wouldn't take it back, b/c I bought it several months earlier. What???? Where was it written returns had to be within 30 days? It isn't, they decided to implement the rule just then. Are you flipping kidding me? We've spent over $20,000 on food alone at this clinic & you're going to quibble about a $50 bag you can resell? I had to make the 40 min trip again to pick it up. Ridiculous!

Upon calling multiple times the staff claimed they were unable (sounded to me more like incompetent or unwilling) to correct these documents to ensure that foreign authorities could properly evaluate these vaccination certificates and avoid confusions resulting in possible import rejections. It is sad to see American companies acting in this manner and fail to provide upfront proper quality documentation that is free from inconsistent records.

My girl tends to be a wiggler and I was worried that it may be hard to get her cut how I wanted, but it apparently wasn't an issue because my girl looks great! Kelly gave me an approximate time for how long it would take, and she was spot on. The facility is very clean and very organized; for being a fairly new business and I felt like this was a top notch grooming salon and we will be back! Thanks Kelly!! I also happened to met the 2 owners of the adjoining boarding business, Back Forty Kennel. They were both very personable and that facility looks well maintained and all the dogs that were there were getting some love. Lots of outdoor space for playtime. If I ever need to board my dog I would check them out first.

I would give this place more stars if possible…read more To the two people that gave it a one star because of their selfish attitudes and procrastination should be removed. I needed to put my dog down, which is not an easy obstacle. The doctors and nurses were very descriptive and helpful in the process. They gave us all the time we needed and made it as easy as it could be. After everything was all done, a few weeks later, we should received a letter in the mail that was the kindest thing anyone has done for me in my life. They did not need to send anything but they did. It's the small acts of kindness that places like this deserve an award. Our family and dog are very traumatized by our dog's shaved grooming. I only want to let you know…read moreso they don't do this again to another client's dog. This is a Coton de Tulear, not a dog that is shaved.  This is a long hair dog, She is now not protected by her coat for sun etc.  This was her first grooming as she is still a puppy of 8 months old. I have brushed her daily and she only had a few areas under her paws that had problems  with matts.  Which they asked if it was OK to cut those out and I said yes, but not to shaving her WHOLE body. When i gave Riley to the groomer , I said this was her first grooming and I just wanted a trim for a Coton! if they had researched my dog, no Coton I have ever seen has been shaved. They should of called me and asked if it was OK to shave her. I feel they took the easy and fast way out to just shave her instead of bathing her, and brushing her and doing a cut.  I have been taking really good care of her and her coat. This was a really big mistake that we have to live with for a very long time. I hope it doesn't happen to your DOG!!!
