I love the photos they send each visit of my kitties! One of my cats is a senior kitty who has strict dietary concerns and needs medication twice a day. The pet sitters were great with him, cajoling him to take his meds and making sure he only ate the approved food. That was quite the feat, considering the other two cats are on a different food and can be very shy. I can't say enough good things about Preferred Pet Sitter. Our basset hound had seizures more often after she had sat for us. We became suspicious she was not showing up until the afternoon we were due home. We set up the dog cam to record. Just as we suspected, she showed up on Friday to collect her check and she never came back. Dogs were left without food, potty or water for 2 days. Pretty sure that is why the dog had more seizures after she sat for us. He died. She had no problem cashing our check though. She refused to return our call or emails for an explanation. Business reputation is everything. Has no ethics, neglectful and cruel.
