Im so tired of this place removing any negative review left on their official pages. I left my beloved dog with them for boarding services while I went on vacation. When I got home we were told that due to a "breach of protocol" our family members had escaped and been hit by a car and killed. She was handed over to us in a black garbage bag and we received NO apology or reparations from Dr Wagner. Completely unprofessional. This place needs to be shut down ASAP. they only care about your money. read more

Many levels of cruel care of your pets. Blood work Levels of Creatinine was low, Phosphorous levels high, this is a disaster for any pet. Lucky we took our baby to another vet and hoping we were not to late getting the care our pet truly deserves. No follow-up, no call, no concern, no communication to owners. We dropped our 2 dogs off at Countryside on July 1st for a 15 day family vacation. On the final day when we were 2.5 hours from Dryden Dr. Wagner called to tell me that they allowed our dog (my baby) to escape their care, she ran into the road and was killed. She was less than sympathetic on the phone and appeared to just want to move on. She agreed to wait at the kennel for us to return to town to "collect the remains" of our dog. When my husband and daughters arrived to pick up our other dog, our deceased dog was presented to them in a black trash bag. No apology was given by Dr. Wagner. Our dogs were nothing but a commodity to her. They are our family members. We trusted Countryside to care for our babies and they failed. We were told it was a "breach in protocol". Nothing was offered as far as cremation or help with our deceased dog. She wanted us to bring her home in a trash bag. I luckily have a vet friend who graciously picked her up for cremation. This has been nothing short of a nightmare for our family. We are completely devastated with the loss of our baby and hope that no one else ever has to experience what we have gone through. To this day, 2 months later, Dr. Wagner has not reached out to us to see how we are doing or to offer condolences. Please do not trust them with the care of your animals! We miss our Cheddar every day. Our other dog and cat are so lost without her. We are completely heartbroken! read more

This place doesn't even deserve a 1 star. I took my kitten to establish care, the 1st visit was okay, was not impressed with the cleanliness. 2nd visit my pet had a seizure and she took a blood test to see if anything showed up. I called a few days to get the results no results, called again the next day no results, sent my husband to the clinic to get the results and the result was clear. 9 days later my kitten had another seizure I called at 8:00am to see if she wanted to see my kitten, no response. I called at 5:00pm and they had no idea who I was. Then proceeded to tell me I can come pick up a script for meds the following day. Don't take your pet here if you want apart of your family to survive. The money is more important than the animal. It puts a bad taste in your mouth to deal with people that have no consideration to call the parents of their pets. No empathy, no guidance to help your pet. Bad business: behavior of a girl scout or premeditated actions? Over a six moths period my dog was misdiagnosed (nothing to worry assertion) several times at $100 per visit until a costly surgery became necessary. I was quoted a price for the surgery, but after the surgery I was charged 50% more and charged extra for post-surgery visits. It should be noted that Dr. Wagner have NOT seen my dog after the surgery and her instructions to personnel on removal of drainage and stiches were based on a PHOTOGRAPH sent via e-mail. Having several dogs, I was a grateful customer at this office for over a 25 year period. The office had excellent reputation and the previous owner would never allow this to happen. We are very appreciative of countryside vets good care of our dog, koda. We have been very pleased with the excellent veterinarian care we receive from Dr. Wagner. The front office staff is always pleasant and helpful as well. We also have used their dog kennel services while on vacation. He has always been treated well while in their care. I leave my dog at Countryside most days when I'm at work. Pick him up happy and well cared for. Staff is friendly, very competent, and love animals. On my way over one day my dog broke his nail completely off. They went above and beyond to patch him up. The doctor is always happy to answer questions and prices are reasonable too. STAY AWAY, we boarded our dog with them for a week. Got the dog back and he could barely walk. His pads were worn off on the bottom of his front feet. They didn't give him his meds like they were instructed too. When we told them about what we found when we picked him up they said that was he was dropped off that way. We stated we didn't bring our family pet in like that. They never walked him, even though we paid extra for that. Care was horrible and then they had enough nerve to tell us to bring him back for a check up by the vet.........get a life. After talking to numerous people. Felt like I needed to leave this review as other people have had issues with them even a co-workers cat died while in there care. If you are thinking about using them run the other way unless you don't care about your pet. read more

Both veterinarians at this practice are great at spending time discussing your pet and they make sure you understand all your options. The staff gets to know you quickly and they remember your pets too! Pets are treated very well and rates are reasonable. read more
