After making two separate efforts to clarify why Precision's price quote was so high and why the Lowest Price Guarantee wasn't being honored, I went with another company. And, I'm really happy that I did. The company that earned my business, was not only comparable, but, in my opinion even superior. Muhammad's response appears to indicate that the companies that gave me price quotes were somehow inferior. Precision has been in business 18 years, and the company I went with has been in business longer. Precision's price quote was much higher than the competition and was for a Cadillac or Volvo sedan, not the beautiful new black SUV that picked up my girlfriend. Lastly, the professional chauffer that was our driver, was impeccably dressed in a black suit and tie. Our driver had over 30 years experience as a licensed, professional chauffer. This gentleman even showed up 25 minutes early! What an incredible experience! Muhammad, I truly appreciate your response and your generous offer. The purpose of this updated review was to clarify that the company that we went with, was not inferior in any way. For some reason, you referenced Uber or a taxi service in your response. I booked a van with this company thanksgiving week to get five of us to JFK. At 8:30 (the time I booked) I began to get nervous as no car had arrived. With any other airport limo service the car arrived ten to fifteen minutes early to allow for the loading of luggage. I called Gino the owner who assured me the driver was five minutes away. 15 minutes later AND STILL NO CAR! also, Gino must have recognized my number on caller ID and would not answer the phone!! My dad called and he said his driver overslept and would leave now. We ended up having to take two cars to the airport AND WE WERE FLYING HOME TO A DIFFERENT AIRPORT. Gino apologized and offered us a voucher. I tried to use that voucher yesterday and arranged for a pick up time of 2:20. 2:53 AND NO CAR AGAIN!! Gino claimed there was traffic. We had to scramble for a ride to JFK! The car pulled into my neighborhood as we left and it was not a van like we booked but a Lincoln town car that would not have even fit our stuff.
