At 8:05 I called the company to ask where the car was? As always they responded promptly and said they would call right back. Instead the driver called about 10 minutes later saying he is en route. I had to pry to learn her was on the expressway at Glen cove road. That was never going to work and I told him to not bother. We jumped in the car to drive ourselves. From that point forward the company did/would not take our phone calls despite having a scheduled pickup when we got back. After making two separate efforts to clarify why Precision's price quote was so high and why the Lowest Price Guarantee wasn't being honored, I went with another company. And, I'm really happy that I did. The company that earned my business, was not only comparable, but, in my opinion even superior. Muhammad's response appears to indicate that the companies that gave me price quotes were somehow inferior. Precision has been in business 18 years, and the company I went with has been in business longer. Precision's price quote was much higher than the competition and was for a Cadillac or Volvo sedan, not the beautiful new black SUV that picked up my girlfriend. Lastly, the professional chauffer that was our driver, was impeccably dressed in a black suit and tie. Our driver had over 30 years experience as a licensed, professional chauffer. This gentleman even showed up 25 minutes early! What an incredible experience! Muhammad, I truly appreciate your response and your generous offer.
