Highly Recommend... This was my first time booking a car service, and the first time my daughter is visiting NYC. Traveling from JFK to CT. I wasn't sure what company to use...Therefore I got several quotes using yelp, called each company to receive more information (rate, type of car, toll, tax and tip). Rideline Car and Limo Service, was very patient/nice and answered all of my questions a concerned parent would have - I called several times. I finally reserved a Luxury Car and the price was inclusive including toll, tax, and tip. When I received my confirmation there was an error regrading the price, from what I was quoted, they quickly resolve the issue/error and honored the price I received on yelp. My daughter mentioned that her driver Widman, contacted/texted her in a timely manner, he arrived on time, drove safe and was very professional. She was thrilled that he arrived in a Suburban and not in a small sedan since she gets severely motion/car sickness. Via the car service it took, one hour, thirty minutes from JFK to CT - it was worth the peace of mind that she arrived safe and didn't have to lug around her fifty pound suit case and carry on during rush hour on the train or do any transfers. I have used Rideline from NYC to Long Island, Long Island to JFK and NYC to JFK and every time they have offered amazing, prompt and courteous service. Out of all the Black Car companies this is by far the easiest to use and book. I used their quote system on line, chose the date, time and type of car I wanted, and got an immediate quote. If I like the quote I would book it immediately using the Book Now button. Once you put in the rest of your information you hit reserve and an email will be sent automatically saying that they are reviewing your request. It usually takes no longer than 15 minutes for a final confirmation. On the day and time of your pick-up I always get a text from the driver letting me know that he is there (always on time or early). The full price includes tip, toll and taxes so when you get to your destination you just get out of the car. They email you a receipt after the ride is complete. The process can not be easier. The driver has always been kind and courteous and the car always clean. I highly recommend using this company for any of your black car needs to the airport or other destinations around Long Island, the City and the Airports. Great service to port Jefferson, NY to JFK. They were straightforward with the price (unlike other services I called that changed the price and fees depending upon whom I spoke to and what time of day I called). Our driver, whose name I've unfortunate forgot, called the night before to confirm our pick up and address. He said he would be there a half hour earlier than requested because he likes to be punctual but for us not to feel rushed. We didn't feel rushed at all, as he kept his his lights off u til pickup time. He was super friendly and highly recommend this service for any rides to and from JFK. read more

Used Rideline to get my family to and from JFK. Called and made the reservation over the phone and received a confirmation email immediately. Drivers were on time and professional. Car was immaculate. On the return ride home my son left his tablet in the vehicle and the driver immediately called to notify us of the problem when they found the tablet.
